Jilderen
Welcome to the Yaalzern online catalogue. We, the Yaalzern group, are the foremost producer of military aircraft in the Archduchy of Jilderen. We are able to provide you with a large array of aircrafts, ranging from transport to small and stealthy planes. Besides our base models, we are able to customize – to a certain degree – our planes to your desires. Using the latest of technologies, we guarantee the best Jilderen has to offer. DISCONTINUED JF-2 ‘Talc’ The JF-2 has seen many uses in the Archduchy and abroad. As a STOL aircraft it can be deployed from small airbases, it is easy to fly and maintain. The JF-2b two-seater is used as a trainer by the Ducal Air Force. The border and coastal patrol also owns several of these crafts to maintain border security. General information: Crew: 1 Length: 11.7 m Wingspan: 9.0 m Height: 4.4 m Powerplants: 2 × Yaalzern Electric J85-GE-13A turbojets Maximum speed: Mach 0.95 Range: 3,400 km (with droptanks) Armament: 2 × 30 mm cannons Hardpoints : 4 × under-wing pylon stations JF-3 ‘Onyx’ The JF-3 is the most recent of our developments and is planned to largely replace the JF-2. It will be presented in three configurations: the JF-3a is a multirole fighter, the JF-3b two-seater will primarily be used as a trainer, and; the JF-3c naval version will be suitable for carrier use. General information: Crew: 1 Length: 16.4 m Wingspan: 9.2 m Height: 4.7 m Powerplants: 2 × Gripxan GT-574E turbofan Maximum speed: Mach 1.2 Range: 2.100 km Armament: Three internal weapon bays (two are reserved for short range AAM) JF-12 ‘Jasper’ This multirole aircraft is becoming the main craft of the Ducal Air Force and we are proud to be producing this aircraft. It benefits from stealth systems and advanced radar and weapons systems. The great successes of this plane were the reason of the early cancellation of its predecessor, the JF-11. It is also available as a trainer and as a naval version. General information: Crew: 1 Length: 19.8 m Wingspan: 14 m Height: 6.05 m Powerplant: 2 × Gripxan AL-41F1 turbofan Maximum speed: Mach 2.3 Range: 5,500 km Armament: 2 × 30mm cannons Four internal bays (two reserved for short range AAM) Hardpoints: 6 × under-wing pylon stations DISCONTINUED JA-5 ‘Ferrite’ This design is our most successful plane to date. Being very reliable, sturdy, easy to maintain and fly, it is no wonder that most pilots that have flown it, fell in love with it. During the Ugeria campaign it once again proved its worth; despite having a gaping hole in one of its wings, the JA-5 managed to bring its pilot home safely. It can carry a large array of weapons and many of them. General information: Crew: 1 Length: 15.3 m Wingspan: 14.4 m Height: 4.8 m Powerplant: 2 × Yaalzern Electric R-195 turbojets Maximum speed: Mach 0.77 Range: 2,500 km Armament: 1 × 30mm cannon Hardpoints: 11 hardpoints (2 reserved for short range AAM). JA-9 ‘Azurite’ Though initially designed as a sole experimental plane, the JA-9 quickly became an unexpected successor for the JA-5. Its unique wing-design provides great benefits at subsonic speeds that provides it with an advantage when making high angled attacks at ground targets. Although we have qualified it as a close air support airplane, it can also be equipped to serve as an air superiority fighter. General information: Crew: 1 Length: 22.6 m Wingspan: 16.1 m Height: 6.3 m Powerplant: 2 × Gripxan AL-37FU turbofans Maximum speed: Mach 1.6 Range: 3,300 km Armament: 1 × 30 mm cannon Hardpoints: 14 (2 wingtip, 6-8 underwing, 4-6 conformal under the fuselage) DISCONTINUED JB-36 ‘Tantalum’ Our sole bomber still in production, this one is capable of supersonic flight. Its actual range is less than that of other bombers of similar size, the punch it can deliver is not. Be it three cruise missiles (carrying a variety of warheads), ten heavy missiles or several dozens of bombs, the JB-36 will make sure they are delivered quickly. General information: Crew: 4 Length: 42.4 Wingspan: Spread (20° sweep): 34.3 m; Swept (65° sweep): 23.3 m Height: 11.05 m Powerplant: 2 × Lungel-Oella NK-25 turbofans Maximum speed: Mach 1.93 Combat radius: 3,210 km Armament: 1 × 23 mm cannon in remotely controlled tail turret 1 internal weapons bay Hardpoints: 2 × wing pylons and 1 × fuselage pylon (all suitable for cruise missiles) JT-51 ‘Balsa’ The only propeller powered, military aircraft still in production at Yaalzern, the JT-51 continues to prove itself as a capable light transport craft. Its configuration allows it to function from simple, improvised runways. General information: Crew: 4 Length: 22.7 m Wingspan: 28.7 m Height: 9.8 m Powerplant: 2 × Yaalzern Electric T64-GE-P4D turboprops Maximum speed: 602 km/h Range: 4,277 km Capacity: 9,000 kg of cargo or 53 troops JT-62 ‘Palisander’ This plane is not only popular in the military, it also sees great use in the civil sector. It has a great capacity, large range and the fact that it needs a mere 450 m strip to touch down makes it a perfect craft for the frontier. A special version capable of providing Air-to-Air refuelling, the JT-62T, is also available. General information: Crew: 5 Length: 46.6 m Wingspan: 50.5 m Height: 14.8 m Powerplant: 4 × Gripxan PS-90-76 turbofans Maximum speed: 900 km/h Range: 7,300 km Capacity: 50,000 kg JTR-62 ‘Palisander Eye’ A modified version of the JT-62, the JTR-62 is fitted with a large radar and thus provide an Airborne Warning and Control System. General information: Crew: 15 Length: 49.6 m Wingspan: 50.5 m Height: 14.8 m Powerplant: 4 × Gripxan PS-90-76 turbofans Maximum speed: 900 km/h Range: 6,400 km JH-21 ‘Agapanthus’ The combat helicopter in use by the Archduchy of Jilderen, the JH-21 benefits from its unusual rotor configuration, for it allows a larger payload to be carried into the field of battle. Although equipped with ‘just’ four hardpoints, a clever configuration of armament allows it to deliver a greater punch than one would guess. General information: Crew: 1 Length: 16.0 m Rotor diameter: 14.5 m Height: 4.9 m Powerplant: 2 × Ergannan TV3-133VK turboshafts Maximum speed: 350 km/h Range: 545 km Armament: 1x mobile semi-rigid 30 mm cannon Hardpoints: 4 × under-wing pylons JH-17 ‘Hyacinth’ The JH-17 is a helicopter that has many variants. Primarily it is designed as a transportation helicopter. The naval version (JH-17e) is equipped with a deployable sonar system and can carry various anti-ship or submarine weapons; the JH-17f can carry a limited amount of AGMs or bombs. General information: Crew: 2 Length: 12.5 m Rotor diameter: 2x 14.5 m Height: 5.6 m Powerplant: 2 × Ergannan TV3-117VK turboshafts Maximum speed: 270 km/h Range: 900 km Capacity: 4,000 kg Edited February 3, 2016 by Jilderen (see edit history) Link to comment
Jilderen
We, here at the Grand Ducal State Shipyards (GDSS), would like to welcome you at our section of the online catalogue. Our shipyard is responsible for the whole of the Ducal Hoverfleet and many of the capital ships operated by the -now- Archduchy. We need not introduce ourselves to great detail, but we do present our ships to you with pride. DISCONTINUED GDS BB-41 Linngal-class The last of the great battleships in the Grand Duchy, this ship packs a punch few ships can match. If its massive guns do not strike fear into your enemies, its large array of missiles will. No longer limited in range by the old engines, the nuclear power it now holds in both weapon and engine will make it a worthy advisory in many battles. Its initial weakness versus submarines is suppressed by the latest of armour technology as well as its ability to bring helicopters into the fray. General information: Complement: 1,800 Length: 273 m Beam: 33 m Draught: 11 m Powerplants: 2 × Ugrondal A4W nuclear reactors Maximum speed: 63 km/h Aircraft: up to 3 helicopters or 5 unmanned drones Armament: 9 × 406 mm guns 16 × 127 mm guns 38 × cruise missiles 24 × anti ship and/or SSM missiles 6 × 30 mm gun anti-ship missile defence system HRIHS FR-03 Shah-class Developed and manufactured in cooperation with LADA Industries, the Shah-class frigate is the replacement of the Linngal-class battleship. Though a lesser ship in most regards, it does come with the latest stealth technology and increased anti-submarine capabilities. Given the requirements of the current era, this ship will serve to be a worthy replacement. General information: Complement: 190-230 Length: 137 m Beam: 16.4 m Draught: 4.5 m Powerplants: 1 × Ugrondal A6VC nuclear reactor Maximum speed: 59.1 km/h Aircraft: 1 helicopter or 3 unmanned drones Armament: 1 × 130 mm rapid fire gun 16 × cruise missiles 32 × short range SSM/SAM 4 × 20 mm CIWS 2x 4 torpedo tubes DISCONTINUED GDS LC-04 Viscount-class Having endured several upgrades during its long history, the Viscount-class carrier has officially been phased out of the Archducal navy thanks to the new Marquis-class carriers. Its sturdy design has served the Jilder navy well. General information: Complement: 2170 (exl. air wing) Length: 271 m Beam: 28 m (45 m max) Draught: 8.4 m Powerplants: JK-223T turbines & Cloa-Nan boilers Maximum speed: 60 km/h Range: 37,000 km Aircraft: 95-105 Flight deck catapults: 2 Elevators: 3 Armament: 6 × 127 mm guns 8 × 30 mm gun anti-ship missile defence system 4 × short range SAM HRIHS LC-05 Marquis-class The most recent of capital ships to be designed by the GDSS, its final performances and details have only recently been confirmed. Although much smaller than the Viscount-class carrier, it is a perfect fit for the focus on speed rather than show of strength. A unique hull design results in a smaller sonar and radar signature. General information: Complement: 650 (excl. air wing) Length: 198 m Beam: 71 m Draught: 8 m Powerplant: Ugrondal A9CX nuclear reactor Maximum speed: 73 km/h Aircraft: 28-33 Flight deck catapults: 3 Elevators: 2 Armament: 5x 20 mm CIWS 1x medium range SAM 2x short range SAM HRIHS CR-05 Jonker-class Originally a scaled down test model of the Shah-class frigate, the Jonker-class corvette turned out to be a rather successful craft of its own. General information: Complement: 46 Length: 72.2 m Beam: 10.4 m Draught: 2.4 m Powerplants: 2x JK-653 CGD Engines Maximum speed: 65 km/h Range: 4,600 km Aircraft: none (helipad present), 1 unmanned drone Armament: 1 × 57 mm rapid fire gun 8 × anti-ship missles 4 × torpedo tubes 2x short range SSM/SAM JDH HC104 Zips-class The most numerous hovercraft in the Ducal Hoverfleet, the HC104 is the perfect craft for delivering small companies of soldiers and a tank into many areas. As with every hovercraft, it is not limited to bodies of water, but it is able to traverse swamps, beaches and many other terrains. It might not be silent, but it is fast. General information: Complement: 3 Length: 23.9 m Beam: 13.8 m Propulsion: 1 × JK-76ZS gas turbine Maximum Speed: 105 km/h Range: 240 km Capacity: 18 tons (1 APC or 1 light tank) and 60 troops Armament: 4 x SSM JDH HC11 Lipsom-class The HC11 is the successor of the HC104, it traded some of its speed for a substantial increase in range. The other trade was done in capacity: the HC11 is not designed to carry as many soldiers as its predecessor due to its open deck design, it can however carry much more in weight. General information: Complement: Length: 26.4 m Beam: 14.3 m Propulsion: 2 × JK-63SC gas turbines Maximum speed: 74 km/h Range: 550 km Capacity: 60 tons (24 troops or 1 main battle tank) Armament: 2 × gun mounts (suitable for 30 mm machine guns and/or 40 mm grenade launchers) JDH HC6 Uggera-class Though its size might not suggest it, this is the fastest craft produced at GDSS. It forms the backbone of the Ducal Hoverfleet due to its performances. We designed it to be the larger brother of the HC104 and we can say, without doubt, that we succeeded at that task. Its armament is designed to carry SAM’s, but it is able to carry SSM’s aswell. General information: Complement: 15 Length: 47.3 m Beam: 17.8 m Propulsion: 2 × JK-12M gas turbines Maximum Speed: 130 km/h Range: 320 km Capacity: 80 tons (4 light tanks and 50 troops; 2 medium tanks and 200 troops, or; 3 APC's and 100 troops) Armament: 2 × twin 30 mm cannons 2 × quadruple SAM launcher systems JDH HC85 Typonan-class If you want something big and noisy, this is the craft for you. A single HC85 can ferry an impressive amount of soldiers and their equipment to the field of battle at surprising speeds. Being this big and mean, its qualities can speak for itself. General information: Complement: 31 Length: 57 m Beam: 25.6 m Propulsion: 5 × JK-12MV gas turbines Speed: 110 km/h Range: 480 km Capacity: 120 tons (3 main battle tanks; 10 APC’s and 130 troops, or; 500 troops) Armament: 2 × twin 30 mm cannons 2 × quadruple SAM launcher systems 2 × 140 mm rocket launchers JDH HC98-4 Orem-class The HC98-4 has many functions within the Archduchy. It is used by the navy, army, border patrol and by several privately owned companies. It was, however, designed to function from amphibious assault ships. It can cross the seas in severe weather and still find its destination. General information: Complement: 3 Length: 11.7 m Beam: 5.9 m Propulsion: 1 × JKL-14-4AM gas engine Speed: 85 km/h Range: 130 km Capacity: 20 troops Armament: 1 × 12.7 mm machine gun Edited February 3, 2016 by Jilderen (see edit history) Link to comment
