Proposal: New Rule

Recommended Posts

I want to add a new rule if Europa and the Europa Gov wants. I think that if you select a plot, must be this and you can't change later of the last update. This idea isn't retroactive: this means past problems can't be affected for it, but yes for future problems.

..Hmm...interesting.... smile.gif

For a huge country...It might be real difficult to relocate..though can...like "Pompei"..if we RP some massive events... borg.gif

Small country should have no problem, should it..? rolleyes.gif

Well,... let's hear some comments.... salute.gif

Is this in regards to our relocation?

Quote Argenland : "This idea isn't retroactive: this means past problems can't be affected for it, but yes for future problems."

Koku's comment : I myself think that a nation is not bound by their geographic choice they made at their first establishment... Country should be able to relocate or move.....as said above...but the scale of the RP is the trouble for each nation...from RP-Pompei province, RP-Tsunami of Srilanka, RP-Meteoroid evacuation, to RP-massive plague avoiding, or even RP-Alaskan purchasing....

It's just that we had to have a clear RP note and a good system of map filing, and I mean we all have to keep back up file of our own map too...I can imagine how troublesome Argenland would be if there are "situations" happenning every week await his amendment !!!... bomb1.gif

Also, a nation need to carefully think of all the trouble it would be... transition period of slow production, infrastructure building, national security problem, etc...

So, people have to have a deep thought and logic behind both ; their first establishment, and their expansion. detective.gif

map.gif@Argenland : Regarding the map making.. Is it possible to add a river or lake in a nation..? tongue.gif And, Is it possibe to expedite the plotting of the extended map..?? notworthy.gif

I agree in principle, but it does raise questions about colonisation. One compromise might be to allow nations to take a small chunk of a plot (say the capital city dot size -or there or there abouts - on empty plots far from home as fishing/trading colonies...these wouldn't be permanent settlements). I need to think about this more. Why must a country take a "plot" any ways and not just parts of one?

Could you also consider the rule of limiting a nation to 4 plots? I personally think this would be fair, as it means a nation cannot get too big, and take up plots that should go to newer nations.

Good point.

Im agree with this.

Other item to discuss: If someone claim a plot, nobody can claim it too (later of this claim). If, an special case, 2 persons make the claim in similar time (for example, Braveland claims plot 223 in a post at 12.32 and Heartland claims the same plot in a post at 12.35) it must be negotiated between the nations.

Go to The Map Requests. wink.gif
