Greeting the leader of Phil IV.

According to our long tradition of ?self sufficiency?, we have been a closed country. Our nation have never attempted a contact with other nation for decades. However, as we expand, it is inevitable that we exchange goods and knowledge with other friend nations.

We would like to know more about your demand and supplies for goods.

With your permission, I shall send our ministers of trade and minister of foreign affairs to meet with your authorities. Then, we believe our people can initiate further cooperation and relations.

I am certain that we shall very much benefit from our closer cooperation.

I look forward to your reply.

With high regards,

Koku, King of Koku Kingdom.

We thank your nation for your kind endorsement of our shared interests, and on the subject of trade, we would be very interested in what your IT people can do, in this ever expanding world, the need for computer skills has never been more apparent, and the trade route through the Terrainian sea is a very clear one.

As to what we produce for export, the Philian peoples have long been famous for our love of all things alcoholic. The recepe for the famous Morpoke Ale is only known to a few selected members of the Morpoke clan, and is widly revered among ale circles the region over! It has widly been avalable commercially in Phil IV for centuries, but the clan has recently started expanding internationally.

In other, less sustainable trade, we are currently looking at selling off several of our naval ships, in our guise as a neutral nation, our navy will be downsized. Any nations interested are welcome to aske for more details.

We thank you for your interest on our nation, and hope for a happy andf prosporous future!

Warm wish to the leader of Phil IV.

I am glad that we both see the potential of trading and collaborations. We are about to discuss with San Ba on the use of their bridge. This will also help as another trade route. For the time being, we only depend on sea shipping.

As trade expands, we need to expand our trade fleet, and would like to buy some of your excess vessels and shipping equipments. Our traders shall liaise with yours on details of this matter. We also are in need of several more naval patrols and frigates to fend off pirates and smugglers. We are capable of manufacturing our military units but recent trade florish drives such urgent need.

About our IT, we gladly share our knowledge with other friend nations (of course, excluding some national security and private corporates' researches). Our technologies are considerable advance, from office appliances, personal utilities, communication network, medical sciences, and defence technology. Feel free to let me know which area you have interest, and we will accomodate it for you.

Majority of our people enjoy alcohols as yours. We produce quality Singha beer. However, we have limited agri-land, thus, we produce limited amount of whisky and wine. Our traders are planning to import large quantity of whisky and wine. Let us consider importing your fine quality alcohols as the very first nation. Our trade minister shall liaise with yours on this.

I am certain that we shall very much benefit from our closer cooperation.

With high regards,

Koku, King of Koku Kingdom.
