Welcome back to Eurth! We spoke a lot in Discord with @Neswetej Per Aten so this should be mostly smooth sailing.

Your application is a bit hard to read so I'm just going to write down what I think you're requesting:
- Your stats will be 4 points in land with 1 point in population (5 points including the Landlocked Bonus),
   - your land area is approximately 846,400km^2,
   - you've yet to pick your population (15 million, up to less than 25 million).
- You'll also request a Landlocked bonus NPC due to your arid climate that will have 2 points in land and 1 point in economy, with 0 points in population (3 points, max for the NPC).

So before I can accept your map application I will need:
- some concrete numbers on your population and GDP per capita.
- as well as your NPC's population and GDP per capita.
- and both your national flag and the NPC's national flag.
- your capital city & location.
- your vision statement linked to your application.

I would strongly recommend that you rewrite your map application following the provided template in the map applications google doc.

• Land stats fall within the points acceptable points.
• Population stats are complete.
• GDP stats are low, but that's your choice.

As an aside, both Montedica and Roqoo were removed from the map in the update at the start of November and both are inactive accounts. I don't think that their permission is going to be necessary or that it will even happen.
