Esteemed Minister Kaori,

We at the Ministry of Economic Development of Orioni are honoured by your announcement regarding the potential for mining operations within the esteemed domain of Kōri-Chi. Recognising the significant opportunities your recent geological surveys present, we are particularly interested in deepening our bilateral economic ties through strategic investments in your mining sector.

CU012, CU017 and CU020

Svatrokk Hf has experience in Uranium mining for over 4 decades, since the company was first founded in 1979, following the privatization of the mining sector in the Kingdom of Ateenia, which at the time had only just recovered from a civil war. Thanks to the experience and advancements gained in our domestic Uranium mining, with Uranium being among the more major sectors of Ateenian mining sector, and Ateenia being among the largest Uranium producers and thereby exporters in the wurld, we can promise the most efficient and safest mining techniques in Uranium mining, and hope to create thousands of new jobs for the Kori Chi citizens, while retaining the most efficient and proffitable business.

Our offers for CU012, CU017 and CU020 are the following
CU012:
40% of the shares, in exchange for [redtracted] immidiate purchase costs paid annually in the period of 5 years, as well as our companies experts, mining equipment and mining experience at our own expense.

CU017:
50% of the shares with majority voting rights remaining in R.K.I hands, in exchange for [redacted] immidiate purchase costs paid annually in the period of 10 years, as well as our companies experts, mining equipment and mining experience at our own expense.

CU020:
29% of the shares, in exchange for [redacted] immidiate purhase costs paid immidietly upon purchase, as well as our companies experts, mining equipment and mining experience at our own expense.

(the redacted purchase costs will be DMd to Kori Chi on discord as to keep it confidential)

We hope to see a fruitful cooperation with R.K.I and trust the executive board of R.K.I to make the right choice, so that our two companies may work together in harmony on the glubal Uranium markets, rather then remain competitors.

The Office of the Minister of Trade
Rugi
15 April 2024

Minister Kaori
Office of the Minister of Industry
Dominion of Kōri-Chi (支配の氷地)

Dear Minister Kaori of the Ministry of Industry:

I am reaching out on behalf of the people and the government of the Konfederacija Poja.  The foremost role of the Ministry of Trade is to act as a facilitator between the governments of foreign nations and both the Pojački government and its private-held business entities.  I, as the Minister of Trade, am the primarily representative of the Konfederacija Poja in all matters of international trade and business and it is my humble honor to represent both the people of Poja and the Pojački government in writing to you today.

Two Pojački companies have expressed interest in your offer for mining rights.  The Marinović Group was founded in 1888 as a mining venture for coal and have since grown into the largest mining corporation in the Konfederacija Poja.  The Marinović Group has been instrumental in providing the precious metals and resources for Poja's massive photovoltaic network that currently provides almost one-fifth of all of our energy needs each year.  With Poja's planned phase out of both coal and oil-fired power plants, the Marinović Group is presently engaged in significant progress towards finding renewable energy solutions and as such wishes to bid on CR014 and CR015, to which they are prepared to offer the sum of $400 million amortized over an eight-year period in addition to establishing a reinvestment program to ensure that the Dominion of Kōri-Chi sees substantial benefit from this endeavor.

Our second company, Confederacy Energy, was founded in 1970 as a joint public-private venture to operate Poja's first nuclear power plant, the Vitance Energy Center.  In 1975, two reactors went online with significant foreign support.  Vitance expanded with two additional reactors in 1988 and today, Confederacy Energy is in charge of operating all six of Poja's reactors at Vitance and the Berezino Nuclear Generation Station.  Poja's reactors have had a flawless safety record thanks to both an active safety culture and foreign support and we are on track to bring two new reactors online in 2026 at our newest nuclear power plant in Žaradin.  Together, these reactors will generate over 8,300 MWe of energy.  As such, Confederacy Energy is interested in CU011, which they are prepared to compensate for with a sum of $400 million amortized over a ten-year period in addition to establishing a reinvestment program to ensure that the Dominion of Kōri-Chi sees substantial benefit from this endeavor.

Through government oversight through the Ministry of Trade, both The Marinović Group and Confederacy Energy can help the people of Kōri-Chi in the exploitation of these resources while also providing future training and support to Kōri-Chise companies and its people.  The Konfederacija Poja wishes to become a longstanding partner with the Dominion of Kōri-Chi.

We look forward to your response and trust that the people of Kōri-Chi will be in the best of hands regardless of how you choose.

Sincerely,
Honorable, Dubravko Stojaković, the Minister of Trade of the Konfederacija Poja, on behalf of the people of the Konfederacija Poja

TO: Minister of Industry Okamura Kaori of the Dominion of Kōri-Chi (支配の氷地) & Royal Kōrichian Industries
FROM: Office of Mergers & Acquisitions, Trujillo Extraction Corp.
SUBJECT: Acquisition of Significant Shares in Various Mining Sites in Kōri-Chi

Esteemed Minister Kaori,

It is my pleasure to open this dialogue with you today on behalf of the renowned Trujillo Extraction Corp. family. At Trujillo, we have a celebrated history of high-level extraction ventures ranging across a vast plethora of mineral classes, beginning a century and a half ago in 1873. Trujillo has long been a critical backbone to the Auroran economy, extracting and channeling necessary raw materials to buyers such as QuickSilver Technologies, the Desmond Corporation, the National Automotive Corporation, Sable Aerospace, the Finlay-MacLellan Corporation, Bloom Bioengineering, and Flores & Co. Construction Developments, among a multitude of others. In the opening of Kōrichian mines to outside investors, we here at the Trujillo Extraction Corp. see an exciting opportunity to invest in the development of Kōri-Chi's innumerable mineral wealth and to strengthen Trujillo's position as a backbone of the Auroran economy.

Firstly, Trujillo Extraction Corp. takes a significant interest in two sites under active development by Royal Kōrichian Industries, these being iron sites CI005 and CI010. The Trujillo Extraction Corporation is prepared to offer a AD$250 million sum in investments and equipment in exchange for a 30% stake in these sites. In addition, Trujillo would commit a further AD$200 million towards the development of iron site CI011 in exchange for a 40% stake in the site.

Additionally, Trujillo Extraction Corp. is prepared to offer investments in various other deposits: copper site CP009; manganese sites CM001 and CM002; nickel site CN001; silicon sites CO001 and CO002; and finally rare materials sites CR004 and CR012. For the right to develop these eight sites, Trujillo is prepared to offer a composite sum of AD$2.8 billion which will go into developing the proper infrastructure and training to undergo the activation of these sites under the Trujillo Extraction Corp. In exchange, Trujillo expects a 49.9% non-controlling stake in these eight sites.

We here at the Trujillo Extraction Corp. are excited to work with both the Ministry of Industry of the Dominion of Kōri-Chi, glistening jewel of the Gallambrian crown, as well as Royal Kōrichian Industries in this remarkable endeavor. We hope to grow our future partnership to be as prosperous as the natural resources with which your domain has been blessed.

We at the Trujillo Extraction Corp. thank you for this opportunity and your consideration. We look forward to your response.

Sincerely,

Roy Ginger Pound
Director of Mergers & Acquisitions
Trujillo Extraction Corp.

OOC: first I want to thanks everybody for responding to this thread and their involvement. Some really good RPs and ways of negotiating. Apologies for being so short into my responses, but sadly I did not expect such success, and passed far too many hours checking all the bids and their respective geography alongside infrastructures that would be required.

In the name of the King,

From the Office of the Ministry of Industry,

To Mr. Mekuria Zekulu, Councillor of Trade & Transportation of @Orioni,

Salutations,

We salute your initiative and propositions, and can only express our eagerness to find a suitable agreement to such joint venture, that would allow not only economical interests to be brought forward, but well the technological betterment and living conditions of our people too, which we find commendable.

Given your expressed needs, we would like to propose to open for exploitation, the CG010, CP008 and CP009 that would be to your ambitions, and partake in the establishment of train-lines N-3 and N-3b, alongside the South Harbour project.

While our legislations regarding mining are quite non-negotiable, if your trust invested into our bilateral relation is certain, fiscal advantages alongside greater ownship possibilities are presentable to the infrastructures projects.

Such can write itself into a more comprehensive approach equally, as you have quoted the potential for further steel deployment, that many align itself with the need of, and we quote you, “to lower energy costs” which could take advantage of our mountainous geographic terrain alongside uranium local production.

As of now however, the deposit of CP004 is equally appreciated by a third-party, therefore we would be interested to read more of your particular designs over such deposit, as to facilitate us the decision.

We would need equally to clarify shall the contract be government to government, or be established through one of your company, private or public.

In hope we share the same visions,

We look forward to further discuss,

- Minister Kaori

In the name of the King,

From the Office of the Ministry of Industry,

To Mr. Roy Ginger Pound Director of Mergers & Acquisitions Trujillo Extraction Corp. from @Aurora,

Salutations,

While your leadership is recognised as one to be reckoned with, we never imagined the ambition you’d prove and commit to us, and for that, we are grateful to you.

Over the CI005, CI010, CO001, CO002, competition being what it is, and following all your demands, those are sadly not accessible being granted to other companies.

That is why, we would propose in replacement, the more accessible for the iron deposits, CI009 and CI011 by road, on which we have put an option for you until your confirmation.

Over the silicon, there is an untapped, and more ambitious potential. Certainly, less accessible, but would be possible to access through the future train-line N-3a, of 3 deposits, the CO004, CO005 and CO006, that would commend an immense reserve at the service of your company. An option have been put for you on those 3, until your confirmation.

As for the CM001, CM002, CN001, CR004 and CR012, those are hereby granted to your company.

While for CM001, CM002 and CN001 you may base yourself upon the existing infrastructures, the CR004 and CR012 require the investment into the already planned N-3, and the newly specially planned and created for your needs N-3d.

We look forward to further discuss,

- Minister Kaori
