[Jaihu]

In order to achieve a more peacefull region, the The Jaihuistic Jaihudom of Jaihu would like to invite all nations excluded from the C.P.A. because of their geography to join an alliance that will act as a counterweight to the Axis Alliance being formed by the nations that are situated on the central penisula or Axis of Europa.

 

All parties that want to be part of an alliance that will not exclude nations based on geography, religion, sexuality, morals, system of government or by any other means and that will act as a counterweight to the Axis alliance should agree to the following terms:

 

(1) Any member of the alliance may freely request assistance from any other nation. Other members of the alliance may also freely aid any other member of the alliance.

 

(2) All members have permission to move their military units through other members area after informing the other party of the movement. These military movements may only be for defensive purposes or to counter attack.

 

(3) All members agree to inform the other parties if they are negotiating about military matters with any third party.

 

(4) If a new nation wants to join the E.P.A., a majority of the current members of the Europa Periphery Alliance must agree on this. The new nation can be located anywhere in Europa including the Central Peninsula, but must not be a member of the C.P.A. (Axis Alliance).

This conference is for nations opposed to the discrimination espoused by the members of the C.P.A. (Axis Alliance). Me thinks you protest too much... If the membership of the Axis Aliiance were interested in furthering peace in our region they would not discriminate against the majority of the nations within Europa and would seek out ways of including all nations in peacefull discussion.

 

The E.P.A. seeks to include all nations that seek justice and peace in Europa. This is a proposal to build bridges rather than erecting fences. We will be all inclusive, and not attempt to drive wedges into the region.

 

The C.P.A. or Axis Alliance, Jaihu Jaihu of the Jaihu coined this phrase since the membership of the C.P.A. is confined to the Central Peninsula of Europa which could be said to resemble a axis, will not bring peace to our region. On the contrary, it will only bring war and heartbreak. If you or any other Axis Aliiance nation does not like this terminology because it reminds you of a historical alliance... Tough. It is how non-members of your alliance can view your little club... At least we showed some restraint and did not refer to the Axis Alliance as the Axis of Evil.

The Axis Alliance are the ones who are closing the doors and excluding the peoples of Europa not residing on the Axis Peninsula. Phil V takes offence at the suggestion that the CPA is a counterbalance to peace, there are many alliances that depend of the geography of the nations involved, no-one would expect Japan to join the EU would they? just as India wouldn't expect to be invited to join NATO.

We hope this quarels all accusations that this anti-C.P.A. mood is strictly an SS issue.

OCC: If a nation presumes danger from a alliance that is forming among other nations in it's general area of the world, and that nation was not invited to the table to discuss or join the alliance, the natural reaction of that nation would be to seek out other nations not involved in the alliance that is forming and form an alliance to negate the danger of the other alliance. To presume that any nation would sit idley by while a group of nations builds a fairly strong alliance would be to presume those nations are foolish and unwise.

 

As far as the rhetoric and stuff... What evidence did good ole dubya have when he used the term Axis of Evil? Rhetoric is designed to incite action toward a desired effect. Hope no one is truly offended.

 

I really don't think any group of nations in Europa could form a really large alliance without expecting others to form another in reaction.

Jaihu Jaihu of the Jaihu is truly honoured that S.S.S.S. has decided to join the E.P.A. The Jaihu have always respected the S.S.S.S.'s leading role in the promotion of Peace and Justice in Europa. It is a privledge to have a Statesman of President Pot's leadership and stature add his country's name to the only alliance in Europa that truly wishes to promote peace, justice and unity.

 

We feel with the S.S.S.S. joining the E.P.A. that there is momentum building and that soon all nations of Europa will recognize that the E.P.A. is the obvious alternative to the intolerence promoted by the Axis Aliance.

We regrete to announce that the S.S.S.S. humbly asks to be removed from the E.P.A. list. The acts of deception and greed made by Tagmatium have disgraced the SS in a way we cannot tolerate. If they are not expelled from the E.P.A. we can no longer support the actions of the E.P.A.

Free-Ekainak has watched the EPA develope for some time, and would like to belong to this organization. We see that you have lost a member, but you may gain one, and perhaps more. In requesting these talks and if we are admitted, we commit to defending all members of the EPA with all our might. We do not disagree with any nation entering this alliance we so esteem, but believe you should focus first on your locality. It would be a pity for the EPA to be dragged into a conflict in another part of Europa before they were strong at home.
