Newly coronated Tsarina Nadia V and Sultan Tawfiq meet at the Queen's dining room table. The Sultan, the only guest personally invited to stay in @Garindina by the Empress, realizes that she wants something more than to show the Sultan around. While they are eating, Tawfiq's curiosity gets the best of him.

Tawfiq: So, why have you brought me here? The last time our nations met was in colonial times.

Nadia: Well, it isn't to colonize you. (She chuckles) I wish to invest in your nation.

Tawfiq: Invest? Why?

Nadia: Garidina wishes to extend relations with your government and build your nation up.

Tawfiq: What are you willing to offer?

Nadia: We wish to build mines in your highlands for the deposits of cobalt and tungsten. We would also like to invest in your agriculture.

Tawfiq: What about urban infrastructure?

Nadia: We could lend at a maximum of 5.8 billion if you offer all building deals to our corporations.

Tawfiq: You are willing to invest heavily in our nation… why?

Nadia: As I've already said, we wish to extend a helping hand to a nation that has a close history to us. Also, we would be helping the Garidinan minority living in your country.

Tawfiq: I would usually have to talk to my Viziers about this, so I will accept, but I won't sign any documents yet.

Nadia: As I was expecting, no documents are ready, so please take your time thinking about this.

Tawfiq: I do have some changes I wish to make; I don't need additional investment in salt and agriculture. You will complete 100% of the mines for 10 years of getting 45% of all minerals your companies mine; this will take place once the mines are 70% completed.

Nadia: Why the 70%?

Tawfiq: Just security to make sure you don't slow mining for extra profits. I would also like that investment in urban infrastructure to have a limit of 10 billion.

Nadia: 10 billion? Quite a lot.

Tawfiq: Urban development is expensive.

Nadia: I can agree to this, but I want to invest in your wine production for 5% of all profits made by your wine production for 7 years.

Tawfiq: I'll accept 5% of wine production for 5 years if you provide 50 million modern farming supplies.

Nadia: Fine, but if this goes south, I want 15% of my investments back.

Tawfiq: Only 15% percent?

Nadia: Take it as a sign of trust. This is less of a profit for my country, although we will get monetary gain, but as goodwill between our peoples.

Tawfiq: Very well, I hope to sign soon. Thank you.

Both shake hands and finish their meals.

As morning arrived, the newly crowned Tsarina decided to tour the United Federation. Since Sultan Tawfiq was still in the nation, she invited him on the tour.

(Nadia) “Sasha, can you inform our guest that he is invited to tour the country today?”

(Sasha) “Yes, your majesty.”

(Nadia) “Thank you, Sasha.”

Nadia began to plan the tour. By the time she finished, Sultan Tawfiq entered the room.

(Tawfiq) “I was getting ready to leave for @Tusis, what else is there?”

(Nadia) “Well, I decided to tour the countryside of Garindina and I invited you to further explain why I am interested in investing in your nation.”

(Tawfiq) “Thank you, I’ll listen to your explanation.”

It took an hour before they set off and a couple of hours to reach the top of a hill. The two monarchs got out of the car and began walking.

(Nadia) “This is the tallest mount in the river valley. But let’s get to business. I am interested in investing in Tusis as I wish to develop political ties and have Tusis as an ally. That is the main factor. The other factor is that we also know the horrors of civil war. Have you heard about our civil war?”

(Tawfiq) “Yes, it was a tragedy.”

(Nadia) “Well, we finished rebuilding this year. I do not wish to sit idly by as another nation receives no help in their reconstruction efforts.”

(Tawfiq) “I appreciate this. But an alliance will not be official until I can talk to my viziers.”

(Nadia) “Yes, you said this last night. But for now, let us enjoy this stroll.”

They continued to walk around the hill and left about an hour later.
