Since we're doing letters, it's best to make sure that the applicant knows exactly what they're getting into. TRIDENT doesn't do observers, it only does PfPs. If that works for @Baltica, then we can consider this accepted IC once SecGen does a state visit approx 1-week to 1 month after this letter's date.
