[NPC Adoption] Adoption of Transbaltia

I would like to start the process of formally adopting Transbaltia as an Ahranaian NPC formally. As it stands currently, I am tied up with the Dniesterian Expansion and if I decide to expand into Transbaltia I will make a formal request for that when the time comes. Transbaltia will also be used in the Dniesterian War as an ally of Ahrana due to the history of the territory.

Tagging @Baltica and @Lusuviya for their approval of this adoption as it is their Neighbour.

When it comes to the flag and symbols of Transbaltia, I am keeping the ornamental stripe from the original flag and adding a thin light blue stripe in the middle. The Royal Flag will follow the old template, but the black Cross will change to light blue. As for the Coat of Arms that will remain the same.

A couple things:
Are you planning to keep Transbaltia's name and population/GDP states? Also, I would have to consult with the admins (@Seylos & @Iverica more specifically) whether or not you can use Transbaltia to benefit yourself in the Dniesterian war.

Also, yes both Baltican and Lusuviyan consent will be necessary.

Given the rules on inactives, this should be a community NPC. Ahrana can certainly take the lead on making posts for them. But handling of Transbaltia should be transparent; important geopolitical actions should have admin approval before RP.

This is understandable and agreeable. Transbaltia was also slated for full removal a while back but wasn’t removed due to me wanting to keep them on the map. 
 

Whatever needs to be done can be done, I just wasn’t exactly sure what all would need to happen.

Just an update, I will be changing a few things in the lore of Transbaltia. Primarily the Government make up and the Individual Duchies to Provinces. If I change anything else it will be minor changes.

Update:

Transbaltia will be transitioning to the Grand Duchy of Volhynia, which is the new name for Transbaltia. A new flag will and has been created.

I will also be revamping the language of Volhynia to better fit the area it is located  going forward here are my plans for now Volhynia:

Volhynia will be a NPC still but once the Dniester War is complete Volhynia will petition the Union for protectorate status. Why? Well because why not, and I will be following the NPC rules per a colony NPC which this idea was proposed by Xio who kindly explained it to me. 

Once Volhynia is granted such states the duchy will be economically and politically dependent on Ahrana, more explanation will follow with details once figured out.

Volhynia will be a separate Expansion Arc that will result in the NPC becoming a Protectorate that still has its full Independence. Volhynia will rely on the Union Military for support but will not send personnel to join the Union Ranks unless they are volunteer conscripts. This expansion Arc will be the last official Expansion Ahrana does for the foreseeable future unless I go for some of that Steppe land 😂

Update:

As I am wrapping up the Dniester Thread Expansion, I was revisiting the other Expansion and stuff and I have decided that the Grand Duchy of Volhynia will still remain its own Expansion Arc but will be integrated into the Union of Ahrana as a full member State instead of as a Protectorate.
