Baltica
The Free State of Eastern Halvedar The Free State of Eastern Halvedar (FSEH) or just Halvedar, is a small Independent territory located on the Amber Straight situated within Central Argis. Historically, it was a Dolch Princedom within the Kingdom of Baltica, that during the Civil War of 1932, split off from Baltica in a hope to save itself from the failed nation. Their independence would be legitimised in 1934, after Baltican attempts to Invade the state failed, and in return for an end to hostilities, the newly forged Republic of Baltica agreed to recognise the Independence of the widely Dolch dominated region. The region was historically an Important trade area, and became even more important in 1920, during which the Lunburg Canal would be constructed, creating an official path for nations to exit the Amber Lake. Halvedar was one of the last places to be Dolchified in Baltica, becoming majority Dolch in 1658. The people within Halvedar consider themselves to be a different subculture to the Dolch in mainland Baltica, though this has little credibility and was largely motivated by the nation's rising nationalism post independence. One of the primary reasons behind their split from Baltica was a fear of a Dolch genicoide under the leaked Zygis Relocation Plan (https://www.europans.com/topic/6533-zygis-relocation/#comment-40018813 Ignore the dates in this link they have all been changed) and their more advantageous geographical position allowed them to secure their territory more easily than the rest of Noble held land. Their success in 1934 only proved that to be the case, and international pressure on the Baltican Republic and fear of the closure of the Lunburg Canal (through which a reported 62% of Baltican shipping went through) forced them to recognise the Free State. Currently, Eastern Halvedar boasts a population of 3.4 Million, with its capital being the city of Daiklek (Seen in Purple), though its most populated and largest economic hub remains Lunburg (Seen in Green) which is also where the subsequent Lunburg Canal is located. Post Second Baltican Civil War, it has reopened full diplomacy with the new Federation of Baltica, and has become an Important centre for all Nations around the Amber Lake… (Flag of Eastern Halvedar) (Map, Purple = Daiklek Green =Lunburg) I got the go ahead from @Samm although Im gonna ping a few Important people in the region so sorry for the pings @Struma @Ateenia @Ahrana. Overall, my plan for this NPC is to help spark fun RP between me and the other states may eventually pop up throughout the Amber Lake, seeing as the East has become so much more open after Finas reduction. I dont plan to annex this region, but instead have it as a mutual state for everyone to RP with. 6 Link to comment

Seylos
Hey Baltica, I'd like to see more use out of the current NPCs that you are involved with before we go adding another one. It was my understanding that you have Estimeria and are involved with Transbaltia in some fashion correct? Edited October 24, 2022 by Seylos wrong NPC name (see edit history) 6 Link to comment
Struma
(just for the record, i am okay with this if it is to go through) 4 Link to comment
Ahrana
I am with Seylos in wanting to see the current NPCs in that area of your main nation to be used before any further NPCs are created. Till then I will abstain on giving my permission. We currently have a lot of NPCs floating around in this part of Argis, I too am in this boat, and would like to wait before any more are added in the future. 4 Link to comment
