Porto Greco city rename request

I've been thinking about the ethnic makeup of Porto Greco and came pretty fast to the conclusion that I WILL need to include some sort of native Alharun population into the country's makeup, because 1. I think it's interesting to sort of experiment with the effects these kinds of things could have on PG's lore and 2. A half-assed excuse like "oh every single one of them just got out" is kind of lame, so, I want to rename the following cities:

Porto Greco to Paintaini (Originating from 'Coast' in a Malaysian-related ethnic group I haven't made yet)

Trovato to Hezhen (Originating from 'River town' in Fulgunistani)

Rizzo to Lembano (Originating from 'Valley' in Kertic)
