Hello!

[Manabanman]

This is Manaban Republic (AKA Brun) and I'm so excited to join the region! 

I originally speak Spanish, and I'm from Mexico so if anyone wants some help developing a Mexican, or Aztec based nation I'm your guy. Otherwise, Manaban is a country based on Manchuria; I've always been a little frustrated that I can never RP with any equivalents of Manchuria so besides participating here I'm (very slowly) developing my own wurld. I've been on NS for about a decade now with different nations and I just have to say I enjoy everything about wurldbuilding!

Manchuria is an interesting one to choose - which aspects of it will you be drawing from?

I'll admit the most I know of it is as the puppet state but I'm aware that it has a richer history than just that.

I'm basing Manaban off of Manchukuo, and letting it exist after WWII basically. I'm currently developing a religion for it, you'll see a lot of Mahayana and Theravada stuff for the old history and a lot of Japanese and Chinese vibes for the most contemporary

That's very interesting!

We do have a few natioks with a Japanese/Chinese vibe around the edge of the Oriental Ocean(s). So there should definitely be a place that you can slot into when it comes to looking for a place on the map.

You've given me the temptation to start to look up Manchuria but I've got work to do
