The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ngoc Luat is issuing this official statement as the manifestation of the works in the Ministry with other foreign states. This statement has been approved by the Prime Minister, His Excellency Huỳnh Lâm Trung, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Đỗ Hoàng Nguyễn, and the Legislative Assembly.

 

 

 

All letters, telegrams, or anything diplomatically related will only be read and checked when delivered to the Ministry as a whole. In the case of a private diplomatic, please refer to the specific individual.

 

A response is expected to arrive at quick notice. In some worse cases that the Ministry is busy, the latest would-be one week.

 

 

 

The principles that all diplomatic personnel must follow are:

 

• All diplomatic personnel who

A. Insult, make fun, or ridicule... the Nationalist Republic of Ngoc Luat.

B. Insult, make fun, or ridicule... the system of the Nationalist Republic of Ngoc Luat.

C. Insult, make fun, or ridicule... the people of the Nationalist Republic of Ngoc Luat.

D. Insult, make fun, or ridicule... the culture, history of the Nationalist Republic of Ngoc Luat.

Whether in cyberspace or publically, will be banished from the country and will be forced to return to their homeland.

• All nations are welcome to engage with Ngocluatian diplomatic relations, whether its history, culture, ideology, or geography. A review of the nation is required before engaging fully with Ngoc Luat.

• Freedom of expression will be tolerated if it is following the principles given.
