The Dominion of Kōri-Chi is seeking a flight operator (launch service provider) able to guarantee the delivery of a satellite to a low polar orbit, maximising the chances alongside insuring the result. The satellite, serving for meteorological observation, is expected to hold a total weight of 4 tonnes, and launch would be for the end of this year. It is expected maximised security alongside guarantee of secrecy regarding the instruments and content of the satellite and its technology. The Dominion is looking forward to offers regarding our demand, and would be delighted to see such contract as a step towards a future partnership that would be fruitful and may contain many other follow-ups, shall this first launch be conclusive.

with the recently Positive  development in our relation thanks to some Economic ties. Nyantastan would be more than interested in a cooperation in this sector. As a smaller Nation, we don't have a priority on Aerospace projects. Still, this could seem very futile and maybe strengthen our Infrastructure and give us some more Positive  aspects. After some debates, we would be keen on working with you on this together. As a Shared Aerospace program so both our Nations can profit from this and Prosper. We think we could develop the needed technology and the Professional Staff, with enough resources and cooperation we should be able to start a Space program together. If your Nation were interested in this Matter, we could build up a diplomatic relation rather quickly and manage everything through our Embassies and with direct communication. This will be by no means an easy task, but I believe if our Nations work together in this regard we can achieve great things.

Hey Kori I'm sorry for the Long wait. I have to prepare a lot of stuff for the Upcoming Expansion with ulfheimr and have to learn about Warfare and Counter Insurgency's etc. Atm, I have no time to develop my Knowledge in this Topic of Space Aviation. If you want to continue the Project or are more Knowledgeable than I am, please start the Project with the Basics. I for my part want to make this right. And use this Rp to not only develop our Technology Level but also our knowledge of Space Aviation. We need some real hurdles and Problems that we have to overcome. We can't just copy and paste stuff, we have to understand it draw our own conclusions and fit it into the wurld of Eurth. Furthermore, we won't be the first to develop it, so maybe we can learn of the mistakes of others etc. But at this moment I'm simply not having the time for this project, I hope we can continue this in the near future and I don't hinder your ambitions. Best of luck!

Following productive meetings throughout those last couple months, for which we are most grateful of your patience and lengthy pedagogy, we are delighted to have accepted the negotiated offer, through a first try for one satellite, which launch is planned for this year. We hope this launch to be successful, not only in its goal of the low orbit, but equally for the working logistics, alongside administrative and managerial concerns, that would make us decide to continue such cooperation and see in the Commonwealth a trusted partner for the future of all our space programs.
