Unclassified Official Communication from the Zaxar Navy Command

TO: The Ministry of Defense - Friendly Forces Development Office of @Iverica

FROM: The Zaxar Department of the Navy

To the Office of the Iverican Friendly Forces Development Department,

I would like to firstly extend greetings from Zaxar. I write to you today on behalf of the Zaxari Navy in order to request the purchase of several of your fine vessels for use in the Zaxari Fleet. The Zaxar Navy has long been lacking interregional capabilities, serving primarily as a coast guard since the chaos of the twentieth century. Recent events in the region however, have led toward the wise decision to revamp and modernize our green and blue water capabilities.

It has come to our knowledge that the Iverican fleet has planned to retire several frigates of the Subic Class (Oliver Hazard Perry-class). These vessels are still quite relevant however, and would be very well used in the Zaxari waters. It is to this end which I would like to request the purchase of six Subic-class frigates, namely the VRI Subic, Providencia, Tula, Nou Barsselon, Porto Baix, and Porto des Norte, for use in the Zaxar Navy. We would like to offer payments of 78,000,000 Ƶ annually for five years for these frigates. Amounting to a price of 65,000,000 Ƶ per unit and a total transaction price of 390,000,000 Ƶ paid in full by January 1, 2027. (Note: the Wampum Mark Ƶ is pinned in value to the US $).

It is my hope that you will find this offer reasonable and that these ships can be put to great use in the Zaxar Navy.

Sincerely,

Grand Admiral Nawat Chonok,

Commander in Chief of the Zaxar Navy

TO: OPEN LETTER TO INTERNATIONAL DEFENSE CONTRACTORS INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE DOCKYARDS AND AIRFIELDS OF @Seylos, @Gallambria, @Iverica, @Haruspex

FROM: IMPERIAL ZAXAR FLEET COMMAND & IMPERIAL ZAXAR AIR COMMAND

Due to the aim of the IZF to increase its blue water capabilities and the recent rise in glubal military spending as well as a budget surplus for the 2021 and 2022 fiscal years, the IZF would like to acquire new vessels for its main battle fleet. The IZF aims to put forth 400,000,000 ω ($400 M) towards the purchase of said new ships. The main focus of this purchase is blue water and trade interdiction capabilities and naval command has expressed particular interest in the establishment of a Zaxari submarine fleet as well as the possible purchase of a cruiser to replace the current AAS flagship as the pride of the fleet. Obviously this budget leaves little room for such purchases which is why this is being formatted as an open letter. If any dockyard is able to provide an acceptable and within-budget deal to the IZF then it will be taken into careful consideration by our highest levels of command.

A further 300,000,000 ω has been added from the assorted procurement budget for this naval project. This brings the total budget for this portion of this project up to 700,000,000 ω.

Similarly, the Imperial Zaxar Airforce is looking to develop and expand its arsenal to improve defense capabilities. The IZAF aims to put forth 200,000,000 ω ($200 M) towards the purchase of new modern aircraft. The main focus of this purchase is air defense and close air support capabilities and, as such, multi-role fighters, close air support aircraft, and both attack and transport helicopters would be the focus of this purchase.

A further 150,000,000 ω has been added from the assorted procurement budget for this aviation project. This brings the total budget for this portion of this project up to 350,000,000 ω.

It is my hope that powers around the Wurld will consider this request with the knowledge of Zaxar's integral role in the stability of South Aurelia and the Southern Adisi Ocean and its open arms to any of its current and future allies or partners who would be willing to aid the the protection of our great nation.

We await your response,

Grand Admiral Nawat Chonok & Chief of Airforce Grace Lacce,

Commander in Chief of the Zaxar Navy, Commander in Chief of the Zaxari Airforce

We at HIA have put together a package that may meet your aviation requirements. It consists of modern aerocraft. Given the chance, HIA offers the bulk package of the HAD S34 Jahus (Venom)Light Strike Fighter. It is far more then your budget does allow for, however we are willing to work out a payment plan, which will include training and parts. This would allow the shipment of fifteen (two trainers, 13 combat capable) of the S34's to be arranged.

OOC: Tender and procurement is handled by the Republican Armed Forces, Friendly Forces Development Office. Subic Naval Yards (Subic Arsenal Maritim) is just providing advisory. Pricing was benchmarked using the sale of the IRL sub this is based on adjusted for inflation.

OFFICIAL LETTER TO NATIONAL DEFENSE CONTRACTORS OF @Ahrana AND @Iverica

TO: THE FRIENDLY FORCES DEVELOPMENT OFFICE OF IVERICA

FROM: IMPERIAL ZAXAR FLEET COMMAND

The IZF command in close collaboration with the Emperor himself have carefully reviewed the offer of your organization to provide us with multiple units of your experienced and well-proven submarines for use by our navy. Due to the reasonable cost of these units and our need for such submarine capabilities as well as noting the value and reliability of our past purchases from the Iverican FFDO, I, on behalf of the IZF and Empire, would like to formalize our purchase of 5 active units alongside 4 fully decommissioned units for a total of 730,000,000 ω ($730,000,000 Adapton Solidus).

Imperial command is ready and willing to commit to a single-payment for the purchase of these 9 units. Alternatively, if the FFDO should determine that a greater number of units is more practical for fleet operation capabilities, the IZF is willing to commit to a larger purchase made out in several payments over the next few years.

Always a pleasure to work with our Iverican partners,

Grand Admiral Nawat Chonok,

Commander in Chief of the Zaxar Navy

TO: THE MALTE AND GJORD DESIGN BUREAU OF AHRANA

FROM: IMPERIAL ZAXAR AIR COMMAND

The IZA command has made it a point to review your offer alongside those of several other interested parties and has come to a final conclusion on the use of the allocated development funds granted to us. At the end of the day, the affordable pricing as well as the friendly relationship of cooperation between our nations, I, on behalf of the IZA and Empire, aim to purchase 15 new units of the E-3 fighter model from the MGDB for a total of 352,500,000 ω ($352,500,000 Adapton Solidus).

Imperial command is ready and willing to commit to a single-payment for the purchase of these 15 units. Alternatively the IZA is willing to commit to a purchase made out in several payments over the next few years though the units would still be expected soon in order to fully utilize them before time inevitably catches up to the purchase and sends the fighters off into the oblivion of irrelevance.

We look forward to working with your corporation and government,

Chief of Airforce Grace Lacce,

Commander in Chief of the Zaxari Airforce
