Capital location: On a river by the coast.

Culture: Baltic (Lithuanian) with Germanic Balts.
Climate: Wet, Cold. Many wetlands, forests and quite low altitude wise.
History: Republic of Baltica had been a poor agrarian state, that for years remained divided and fractured. Eventually, it would be invaded by foreign conquerors (The Germanic Balts) who would go on to unite the lands of the Balts and form the Kingdom of Baltica. This Kingdom was pretty much the same as before, poor, rural and still mostly relying on agriculture to make up its economy. The last King would die around 1890, after which a parliament took power from 1890-1923. A military coup would take place in 1923, after which a military junta would take control of the state from 1926-1948. The military would come under the control of various generals who would all rule the nation from 1948-1997. In 1997 the nations current leader, Algridas Banis would take control of the nation and attempt to lead it to reform and change. Whether or not he will succeed is uncertain...

Culture, History, & Climate
Nice to see another Baltic nation in the sea of other European cultures. Baltic culture with your history would put you on the continent of Argis as an non-colony European state. Your climate asking for a cold, wet lowlands is certainly possible in Argis. All in all this green area is where possible proposals for your nation could go.



Location Proposals
I have selected 3 locations which I believe fit your country best. It is up to you to choose which one (if any) you like. Then we can refine the borders here or in Discord DMs. Sadly not much could be done regarding direct open sea access considering your requests, however that large sea is connected by several large lakes and rivers into the Canamo sea, so it's definitely an opportunity for diplomacy RP if you're looking for direct naval trade with the outside wurld.

At around 146,200 km^2 this puts Baltica next to the other Baltic country of Transbaltia in a cold lowland European climate with ample opportunity for wetlands.

2.

93,900km^2, it has similar attributes to the first proposal but with colder temperatures reaching that of Siberia in the northern half of the country and also lacks a visible river for the capital.

3.

117,300km^2. Very similar to proposal one however the dominance of the river is much more pronounced and the country would be further away from Transbaltia and closer to Scandinavian Fina and Slavic Sanarija.

I really enjoy the location and overall borders of Option two, although it is a shame I dont have a prominent river going through it. However, I think I can let that go, if maybe we expand the borders a bit (Because threes simply so much extra land that i could have, that is going to waste), so maybe expanding the borders along the rest of Mockavia would be a good choice ?

Certainly so! Below are a couple alternative versions of option 2, however they all do break your desire for lowlands only as the land adjacent to your borders for option 2 become very tall very quickly.

All that is required left is consent from @Mokhavia, @Fina, and @Transbaltia for you to their newest neighbour. They will have 7 days to reply to this thread else implied consent through apathy will be assumed.

I like Option 2 the most, its kinda in the Middle between big and small, although it is kind of annoying that threes that little bump because of that crazy increase of altitude.
