OOC: Okay, now I strongly advise everyone involved to go over the document above. Feel free to post on the OOC thread if you have further questions/concerns. This thread here is to lay down the details just so we don't get all mixed up when we type our RP posts out. While you're all free to RP how you do your segments, the rules and conventions have to be followed- I went ahead with this because no one said anything about these issues. You can call a vote against the any one of the things outlined in the document but remember, you need a 66% vote to pass something. I will be making a TARA thread  I brought the majority of these items up in the OOC, except for the no-slaves bit. No one also said anything about measurement or language standards so I pitched the most obvious choice.

So what now?

Talk to your neighbours. Remember, we're decentralising the actual building projects. Talk to whom you're building towards, figure out how you want to write it and split the labour and costs. There will be a Phase 2 thread up soon and we can all have an orgy post-fest there.
