Culture: Mixture of Baltic cultures, with Prussian/Baltic German (I’ll think of a new name) domination in politics)

Climate: similar to real Baltic states, can have warm summers but cold and icy winters.

History: Not done a lot of history yet but Transbaltia is made up of several duchies, over the years they have fallen into the hands of their neighbours, Transbaltia was formed just over a century ago after its liege nation lost a war and Transbaltia was made a protectorate of the victory nation. Since then Transbaltia has gained its independence, and is a modern and prosperous country. However there are tensions between the ethnicities, and the power of the (Baltic German) nobility is being threatened.

Desired Location:

If It fits the point is would like more land in the central north. The Capital is called Tavliga(yellow dot) the second city is called Kaurtburg. The borders can be fixed to be better but I would like to border uppsund and dazhdinia. Thank you.

To be honest I see no issue with that area as long as @Ahrana and @Walneria agree to it. My only big question is in your history, you state Ahrana controlled your territory historically. Is Ahrana okay with this? Also the brief mentions of Dazhdinia that need to be verified. Once those two things are sorted you'll have my seal of approval :).

Thank you and those borders look good, I have spoken to Ahrana and he is ok with the mentions of him in the history mass with Dazhdinia. That’s a lot more land than I was expecting but I am happy to work with it, and exited to see what I can do.

I am okay with this placement, as for the history since this morning we have been working on that with me adding things here and there so with that I am fine with as well. I look forward to seeing this placement finished and finally will hopefully have an active neighbor next to me for once and a long time at that!
