From: the Agios Basilikon Kounsistorion of the Megas Agios Basileia ton Arhomaion

Your Excellency,

I pray that this message finds you well.

As you are no doubt aware, his excellency, Epifanios Ammonianos is to retire shortly. He has given many years of sterling service as Arhomaneia's representative in your honoured nation but it is now time for him to withdraw from service to the Skrinion ton Barbaron, my nation's diplomatic service. After his years of hard work, making sure that the interests of my nation are represented to your government, he now deserves a peaceful retirement. I am sure that you will do the same.

Due to the retirement of Kyrios Ammonianos, the Megas Agios Basileia is now in need of a new representative to your nation. I have attached the credentials of a suitable candidate to this message, one Meletia Kardalaina. This will be her first posting as an ambassador but I feel that she will rise to the task. Please do not consider this an insult, as she is certainly an experienced member of my nation's diplomatic service and has been an able member of several missions in other countries.

The relationship between Arhomaneia and Ebrary has long been one that my nation has always valued highly, especially since we are both countries that find ourselves neighbours, or virtual neighbours, to heathen nations. Our cooperation and friendly relations means that the beacon of the Light of Christ continues to shine out across the Wurld and, in working closely together, continues to shine out ever more strongly. In time, I hope that more of these neighbours find the love of Christ in their hearts and are drawn from their mistaken paths.

May our shared love of God continue to draw our nations closer,

Eugenios Goulielmos

From: Eduard Blanco, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Republica Christian de Ebraria

Your Excellency,

Your message of friendship finds us very well, as does the appointment of your new ambassador. We humbly accept Meletia Kardalaina as the ambassador from Arhomaneia to Ebraria, and thank the Lord God for the continued and, we pray, improving relations between our two countries. Ebrary is more than happy to accept your capable diplomat, though she may be lacking in direct experience as an ambassador.

The Light of Christ shines upon the entire wurld, whether or not the heathen peoples of Eurth take the time to recognize it or not, but both of our peoples know the Truth. We here in Ebrary believe it is the work of Providence which is guiding all of us, and the relationship between our country and yours is no different. I am of the utmost faith that this new ambassador will herald stronger ties between us.

Of particular interest to all of us, I am sure, is the continued security of the northern regions of the Eurth in which much trade occurs, and in which Ebrary resides. We implore the Arhomani nation to stay alert and vigilant against heathen and other threats. As well, Ebrary and Arhomaneia both stand to benefit greatly from increased trade between our two nations, which just emphasizes the importance of keeping the northern waters of the glube safe and free for our countries and others.

With Warm Regards and Many Blessings,

Eduard Blanco
Minister of Foreign Affairs

Your Excellency,

It gladdens me, and his Aroman Majesty, Kommodos III, that your nation is willing to accept the appointment of Meletia Kardalaina as ambassador from the Megas Agios Basileia. As I previously mentioned, we are sure that she will prove to be able within the role. Otherwise, of course, she would not have been appointed.

The safety and security of the areas around the Sea of Storms and the north-eastern Adlantic Ocean are, as you can imagine, of great importance to my nation. The continued peace of this area is key to the prosperity of both of our nations. The recent occupation of the island of Corinium by the Kingdom of Seylos and the Sovereign Imperium of Machina Haruspex was the closest this area came to conflict in recent years. Cooler heads prevailed in the end, but it remains something of a trouble zone. The forces there remain a possible source of conflict which has yet to be truly resolved.

Due to this, my nation is increasing its presence on the Hermitage Islands, in order to help secure the Sea of Storms from the threat of other nations destabilising that sea. The idea is to have the islands as a potential staging point for the Argic Passage, which is currently set to become a key trade route from northern Europa to northern and western Argis. So long as there is not further disruption from rogue nations.

Your nation's position on the eastern tip of Argis could well be main part of that, as I imagine you have considered. Obviously, increased commerce through these seas would be a benefit to both of our nations. A closer working relationship between the government of the Christian Commonwealth and the Greater Holy Empire would help to maintain both peace in those seas and bring greater prosperity to the peoples of our nations.

Peace is treasured by all truly Godly nations,

Eugenios Goulielmos

From: Geoffrey Tatum, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Kingdom of Seylos

The Kingdom of Seylos wishes to extend its hand in friendship throughout these tumultuous times. The people of Alba, Cymry, and Eire share common bonds with the peoples of your nations, and it would delight them to no end to establish permanent positive relations with your nation. Of course we have had diplomatic contact, however we would like to establish a definite presence in your nation with the construction of a new embassy and appointment of a new ambassador to your fine nation.

Seylos wishes most of all to build positive and productive relationships with all Argic nations. With the threat of Anglia looming above us all, Argic nations need unity now more than ever. As a representative of the North Adlantic Union and Eastern Argis Trade Zone, we hope over the future to foster positive diplomatic relations with Ebraria.

Your Excellency,

The Commonwealth of Ebrary is thankful for any efforts by Arhomaneia to secure the North Adlantic and Sea of Storms, although we must caution that any efforts be taken with an eye not to unnecessarily antagonize the situation. Ebrary will benefit from secure and safe trade in our region. We are also grateful for the acknowledgement by His Majesty Kommodus III of our acceptance of the esteemed ambassador, and our own President Carlos Renaldo sends his thanks. Certainly, we will see closer ties in the coming years.

Since the subject has been broached, Ebrary is more than willing to open talks between our nation and Arhomaneia, as well as other like-minded states, that could solidify safeguards in the northern seas. Ebrary is in a vital but unique position, and the disconnected efforts of nations may ultimately fail if they are not coordinated.

Regards and Blessings,

From: His Excellency, Eduard Blanco, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Republica Christian de Ebraria

Your Excellency,

Our Geltic roots do bond us, but make no mistake that the bonds of faith in Christ bounds believers more than blood. We gladly accept the proposal to build a new embassy on Ebrarian soil, and a suitable plot of land has been selected for the Seylosian embassy if it is acceptable to the representatives of your esteemed nation. It is located in our capital of Ceres, nearby other more modern embassies and within a reasonable distance from our Foreign Affairs building.

We are favorable to more open trade, as long as our national interests may be safeguarded against predatory free trade agreements. We must note our interest in closer ties, so long as doing so does not jeopardize our geopolitical interests.

Regards,

Eduard Blanco

Your Excellency,

It gladdens the hearts of the Arhomaioi that your government is willing to discuss the subject of a closer cooperation with regards to the safeguarding of the entrance to the Adlantic Ocean. My government would certainly be keen to see what your government would suggest on that front. Tensions in the area do remain somewhat high, so if a route can be found that would help to reduce this further, then that would be ideal. Our two nations are perhaps best poised to work together, since we share more in the way of cultural links that the others that are involved in the area. But these avenues should not necessarily be closed off.

Equally, I am certain that if our nations were to encourage closer trade links through various means, this would help to strengthen not only our nations' economies but help us cooperate together in the future. It seems as though Ebrary operates on a similar economic model to the Greater Holy Empire – my government maintains control over infrastructure such as transport and utilities, as these are key to the prosperity of the nation. Other aspects are privately owned and subject to market forces.

I am sure that we will be able to find some common ground and I would go as far as to suggest that our nations undertake trade missions to each other, to better get to know our economies. The knowledge gained from these may well mean that we can enact a mutually beneficial trade agreement between our nations. If, of course, your government and people agree with such a thing.

May God see to it that the peoples of Ebrary and Arome share peace and prosperity,

Eugenios Goulielmos

Your Excellency,

The Government of Ebrary will be more than happy to send and accept trade missions between our two nations. It is the policy of the current government, headed by His Excellency Carlos Renaldo, President of Ebrary, to further liberalize trade with trustworthy nations while simultaneously maintaining the Christian and Ebrarian nature of our economy. Certainly, a nation such as the Greater Holy Empire of Arhomaion will be such a trustworthy friend. We are also more than willing to discuss matters of regional security in these talks, if your country so desires, as trade is inextricably linked with security in this area.

We will keep or lines of communication open.

Regards and Blessings,
