From: Heptuin Neber, Chairman of Foreign Affairs, Republic of Hemahat

Dawa Anmatar!

The Republic of Hemahat would like to thank the Incorporated States of Cashar for their interest in economic cooperation. It is, at least in the personal opinion of the Chairman, good to see that the nations within our region are willing to collaborate for continued peace and economic prosperity. Hemahat would like to welcome any and all diplomats and companies from the Incorporated States of Cashar to our nation. We hope that these interactions will allow for both of our nations to continue to grow.

As a precautionary statement, the Department of Foreign Affairs would wish to proclaim a few words of warning for any companies that wish to do business in Hemahat. The citizens of Hemahat will take precedence by the government of Hemahat. If a corporation is found breaking the law, legal action will be taken. They will be given the fullest extent of due process, but organizations that break Hemahat laws will face punishments ranging from fines to the removal of assets and property from Hemahat. This statement is not directed at Cashar nor its organizations, as the Department of Foreign Affairs believes that Cashar is a morally upstanding nation with an equally moral people, but is more of an in-general warning.

To address points 4 and point 5, Hemahat is currently not interested in a political or military alliance at the current time. However, we will not reject the idea outright. For the meantime, we heavily recommend the construction of an embassy so that official talks between our two nations may commence regarding political and international policy.

Signed,

Heptuin Merwetik Neber
