Kolhar
Hello! I'll be going by KudoJin on here. I found this place after looking for NS RP communities. I used to be in a very good one, but (and I really don't want to say anything bad about it because a lot of my time on there was very fun) let's just say that things have changed in it an I've been struggling to find my place in what it's become now. My NS nation is Akitsu, a country that is sort of meant to reflect how I would have a country be run if I could make one from scratch (like I'm a god or something idk). Now I'll be honest, I have 3~4 ideas for different countries to RP, which I may or may not want to come back to at different points (depending on whether or not the rules permit it). But for now I think I'll stick with Volta - a former colonial nation (colonized by a country that speaks a German-ish language, not sure what countries I can choose from here) that after independence became a communist/socialist dictatorship (think North Korea, or Stalin's Russia, or Mao's China). Many rights guaranteed on paper, but not in practice. Their most recent dictator dies and is replaced by a reformist, and giving a massive boost to the movement pushing for reforms, both from inside the Communist Party and outside. Question becomes - where does the country go from here? Do the reformists succeed in reforming their country and making their own unique brand of communism, or do those clinging to the original communist ideology regain power and bring the country back to a dictatorship? Obviously I have a lot of nation-background-writing before I can get to a lot of the RP's but that's my current idea. Nice to meet you all! I'll get to the academy right after I make this post. 3 Link to comment

Orioni
Good afternoon @KudoJin / Akitsu. Glad you saw something you liked and decided to join. As you may have read we're a rather old and funky community. Don't hesitate to reach out for help if you have question or something seems unclear. 1 Link to comment
