Your Excellency,

The Mokhavian people and the Arhomaioi have seldom had contact with each other and our nations have no formal relations. This is partly due to the fact that our nations are quite so far away, one lying in the heart of Argis and one in the heart of Europa. However, as the wurld seems to be coming closer together over the last years, a trend that is likely to continue as information technology becomes more widespread, as well as the Argic Passage on the cusp of becoming an important trade route.

Due to this, it is time that our nations end this lack of relations by exchanging embassies. Although our nations are quite different – Arhomaneia is an urbanised nation, with cities dating back thousands of years whilst Mokhavia remains quite rural, and your nation has kept its own faith and has had little in the way of Christianisation. Whilst some would see such differences as insurmountable, this is not so with Arhomaneia – indeed, these differences can compliment each other and be the foundation for a valuable friendship not just between our nations, but our peoples as well.

The Agios Basilikon Kounsistorion is also keen to foster closer relations and trade with the nations of the Canamo Peninsula. My nation has a recent history of cooperation with the United States of @Prymontand we are keen to start something similar with your great nation. I am sure that we have much to offer each other, especially with regards to trade and the utilisation of the Argic Passage. Mutual trade can often break down barriers that otherwise build up, especially when cultures and religions can be so different.

May God grant our nations peace and prosperity for many years to come.

The Nation of Mokhavia would be honored to enter formal diplomatic relations with the Empire of @Tagmatium Rules, Even though, as you have pointed out, our nations are quite diferent, in religioun, culture, language, and lifestyle, we are curently trying to open up our nation to the greater wurld, so we will be greatly honored to take our first step onto the great continent of Europa with the Great Empire of Tagmatium.

As for the trade deals with the Canamo nations, as our relations with United States of Prymont are of great importance, we will be happy to start cooperating with your Empire as well, to keep good relations with our neighbors and have more outlets to the Wurld.

The only restrain the council has decided on, is that we would ban the travel of religious figures, as in priests and/or missionaries, who are coming with an intent related to your religion diferent from education, except service to our small community of christians, we hope you will honor that wish, and we can soon settle an embassador from your lands in our Nation.

The Establishment of Embassies Between the Stedorian People's Republic and the Nation of @Mokhavia

The Nation of Mokhavia would be happy to open up to fellow Argic nations, as it is in our intrest. The fact the Stedorian nation is a Socialist country could stand as an issue due to our history with that ideology, but the Qaxaamajkas̠ lus̠nujyk (The chieftains' gathering) has decided to overlook that in favour of opening foreing relations with southern Argis, for we too wish for peace between our nations.

We will accept ambassador Detrik Lüke at the embassy building in Moshkal, and have nominated Äjlä Kittsäk̠k̠y,for the possition of ambassador in Stedoria.

To: Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Nation of Mokhavia

 

The Kingdom of Ateenia seeks permission for the movement of military transport ships, through the lakes owned by the nation of Mokhavia, aswell as permission for the aircraft of the Valkyrjur of Ateenia to fly through the Mokhavian airspace towards Baltica. Both the ships and the aircraft would be instructed not to stop in Mokhavia unless there is an emergency.

We also ask the Mokhavian government to give the same access to the Haru troops that will be accompanying the Ateenian troops.

We hope that Mokhavia will review our request and permit it, so that our great neighboring nations may continue existing in peace and friendship.

The Qaxaamajkas̠ lus̠nujyk (The chieftains' gathering) has decided to grant pathway for millitary transportation ships and aircraft from the Kingdom of Ateenia and the empire of Haruspex through our nation, on the clause that both nations' units will be escorted by our naval and air forces respectfully, and will not make unnecessary stops and will follow a preset route.

Due to recent events in Baltica, aswell as changes in our plans, our war council has come to conclusion that land access is needed from Ateenia to Baltica. Due to this conclusion, we wish to ask the Nation of Mokhavia, that your nation would permit our military to transport military equipment, troops and hardware across Mokhavia, on trains which will be instructed to also stop only, when they cannot continue their path.
In response to your terms for air and naval access, our government accepts your terms.
