The Republic of Fravina finds it that the desire of the Fravi people is peace and harmony on eastern Argis, and believes that the establishment of official diplomatic ties with Velaheria would help the continent move forward in this respect. Mine is a nation that lives to spread the glory of God, whilst yours professes that there is no such thing as the spiritual. Yours is a nation that has come about through adherence to a recent political ideology, whereas mine is over two thousand years old and supported by ancient philosophies.

But there is much in common as well. Our economic systems are broadly similar, as they do not hold the accumulation of wealth by a capitalist class as the ultimate goal. Indeed, both our nations try to make sure that the less well off in society are supported and cared for, rather than trampled underfoot by the greedy and the grasping. Both of our countries recognise the value in internal stability and are unafraid to be at times the harsh parent in keeping our people in line. This means that both of our nations are strong and able to confront the sometimes tumultuous political realities of Eurth.

To this end, the Agios Basilikon Kounsistorion, the Holy Imperial Government, is interested in undertaking an exchange of embassies between our nations. This will undoubtedly be a starting point in a long and fruitful relationship between the great people of Velaheria and Arhomaneia. Painting landscapes is one of my great joys in life, and I would enjoy painting one of the many great hills or plains of Velaheria that I have heard so much about. Besides my personal whims, a visit would also provide us an opportunity to discuss relations and the future of socialism in East Argis. You know that one of my greatest foreign policy wishes is for peace in East Argis, and my visit would only work to further that goal.

In light of your kind offer to open an embassy in your capital, I have discussed with the Kefalatikion ton Tagmatika, the administration of my nation's capital, to find a suitable location for the chancery of your embassy. Please see the attached document for the location. If this is not one that is pleasing to Velaheria, then I would be able find another one that would be better for you.

Similarly, I have worked with the diplomatic corps of my nation to try to find a representative of Tagmatium who would work well with your government and be an able representative of mine. Therefore, I am naming Fotios Ionopoulos as my nation's representative. Again, I have attached their credentials to this communication. If they are not up to your standards, I will return to my diplomatic corps and attempt to find another candidate.

I have seen that you have wished to visit my beautiful motherland, and this is to be certainly, said to you that i would personally make sure that you can see the beautiful landscapes of Velaheria for your own, We would make sure that you receive a warm welcome at the bastaria international airport, and would make sure that you can see the arts of the glorious revolution for yourself.

And that we are pleased to see Velaheria's growth as an economic power within the region. Your nation's efforts have proven themselves to not be a fruitless endeavour, and that Velaheria shows promise for the future of socialism. As a result Metztlitlaca will be importing greater quantities of iron and copper from the Democratic People's Republic.

However.
Due to recent geopolitics in Mesothalassa involving the Empire of Anglia and the continual political collapse of Sitallo, Metztlitlaca is in the stage of preparation of worst case scenarios. These preparations have begun to drain the Metztlican iron reserves, which were at first being replenished by Velaheria, to below the Standing Committee and the Temple of the Warrior's tolerance level. We are requesting that Velaheria drops it's current 25% below market value to 40% for the duration of Anglia's presence on Mesothalassa. If this is unachievable within an appropriate time frame, the Temple of Finance is more than happy to loan Velaheria a short term deposit for mining expansion and to aid in finding other nations in need of iron and copper such as the nations of the League of Alharun and Aurelian Native Nations. If Velaheria declines this drop, or does not have the long term infrastructure for such a change, Metztlitlaca will begin to look for other, less controversial, markets than Velaheria to import iron and copper from. Although will be happy to continue investment at reduced capacity.

The Ministry of Economic Affairs, is pleased to see the increase in the volumes of trade and co-operation among our two nations and the increasing amounts of IOGC Exports to our socialist ally, The Ministry is also delighted to have such extraordinary amounts of industrial growth and investments near the mining facilities in Nördom, in the Northern provinces, and expects that such investments would create new economic oppurtunities for the People's Republic, as well as several new job oppurtunities, that follows such development. 

The People's Assembly feels gratituded to know that Metztlilaca would expand its imports of valuable IOGC assets from the People's Republic, with such operations being highly benefitial for the mutual growth of both of our states.

Though, the requests of dropping our current less than market prices for the desired mineral imports to 40%, has been predicted by several of our key economists as a fatal action for the Velaherian motherland, The Assembly has highly debated on such actions and has come to a conclusion that, we would accept a below than market price value of upto 33%, we understand that the situation of metzlitcia is dire, due to the recent moves of the Evil Imperialist state of Anglia, thus we have agreed to a reduction to the forsaid amount, though we would demand a series of loans to be issued to the People's republic in order to construct refining facilities near the EEZ zone, that can aid in the increased growth of the mining and metallurgical industries, with high amounts of return to the Teopan and the temple, We also request that the Teopan aids Velaheria in finding more like minded markets to exchange its goods with, so that our economical conditions can further improve with exports of IOGC's to the nations of the League of Alharun and Aurelian Native Nations.

We hope that the Metzlitcian Temple of Finance, and the Teopan, understands our situation and comes to an agreeable treaty that can be mutually benificial for both of our socialist nations, and for the future of socialism in the Wurld.

After Reading, the diplomatic notes sent by the Ministry of foreign affairs of the Stedorian People's Republic, the Velaherian People's Assembly has long debated the matter of closer co-operation and establishment of mutual embassies and counsulates across both of our nations, and we are honoured to inform that, the Ministry has regarded this decision not to be only the honour of the Velaherian External Ministry but also the duty of us as well, as we velaherians consider our stedorian brothers and sisters as our brothers in arms, and would work hand in hand with the stedorian government to expand the ideals of socialism across the entire continent of argis. 

Although our Motherland gloriously admires its revolution and its fight against monarchism and dolchic parasitic rule, and reminds its people about the rightiousness of its socialist cause, The pan dolchic identity is something which we deeply regret and want to forget about, we velaherians are anything but dolch's and thus talking about pan-dolchism is something which we wouldnt accept or want to propagate, rather the identity of us should be something on the lines of velhars and stedors which makes us seem as the benifiters and creators of our own fate and not ruled or being a subset of the parasitic dolch's...

It is of our utmost gratitude to the rhodellian state that they have noticed the key aspects of the Velaherian economic woes and have come forward in their efforts to invest and improve the economic conditions of the Velaherian state, with the recent diplomatic engagement of your state being talked about in the highest eschalanse of the Velaherian Supreme People's Assembly. 

The Party is honoured to have rhodellian politicians take interest in the Velaherian economy and have declared that they would have all the necessary things available to make their assets and investments more profitable and easier to access. As per Scientific and technical agreements the party would be delighted to sign such agreements with the rhodellian delegation, and further co-operate on the east argis initiative of the rhodellian state. The Agios Basilikon Kounsistorion has some sympathy for the demands that your nation made of the Regaseion tes Gotalandeias (@Gotneska) . After all, the Velagheroi have had a traumatic national past, albeit one that has been worsened by the actions of the leadership of your nation. It is hoped that his excellency, Ander Von Starinburg, the Supreme Leader of Velahereia, will be able to lead the Laikí Demokratikí Demokratía towards a future that benefits not just his regime but the Velaheroi themselves. Part of this, of course, must be allowing the people of Velaghereia to find the Good Word of Christ.

However, making the demand that a foreign minister of state is handed over to your nation, in order to be punished for the actions of their ancestors, is something that your government must understand could not possibly happen. Whilst the words of Princess Christina could certainly be construed as offensive to your government, your nation's reaction is certainly overblown. The more sensible path to chart would be to issue a sternly worded letter and perhaps demand the Gotalandeiki ambassador explain their nation's actions.

It is not up to the Agios Basilikon Kounsistorion to explain the basics of diplomacy to your government – they should already be known. Through the fact that your nation must be aware of how international politics should work, the sympathy of the Agios Basilikon Kounsistorion can only go so far. Due to this, I must state that if the Laikí Demokratikí Demokratía goes through with its sanctions against Gotalandeia, Arhomaneia will respond with its own sanctions against your nation. Undoubtedly, these will hurt your nation significantly more than they will hurt the Megas Agios Basileia. However, I hope that the government of the Laikí Demokratikí Demokratía will take the sensible course of action and dial back its threats against Gotalandeia. This way, our nations can preserve their friendly relations and, perhaps, a greater economic relationship awaits the Velaheroi and the Arhomaioi.

Greetings,

With the announced withrawal of Velaherian forces from Baltica, our government sees no reason to continue the bloodshed between our militaries. As such, on behalf of the Kingdom of Ateenia and her divine Queen Ena Kalinka, I wish to offer a cease fire, so that your troops can leave Baltica without the worry of being attacked by the Varnar and the Haru legion. 

We also wish to exchange prisoners of war, all Velaherian prisoners in exchange for all the Haru and Ateenian soldiers in Velaherian captivity. The KÖ has confirmed that your military, indeed has more then a couple dozen of Ateenian and Haru PoWs.
We also wish to give the dog tags of all of the fallen Velaherian soldiers that we have recovered in the battlefield, we ask that if you have recovered any of Ateenian corpses, that you return them to us, so we may grant them a proper funeral and liberate their souls from their corpses.

May this make way for the path to restore relations between our countries.

It light of the withdrawal of your nation's forces from the former nation of Baltikon, the Agios Basilikon Kounsistorion is ready to withdraw the sanctions that it placed against your nation, government and people. This withdrawal is considered to be a victory, not just of Arhomaiki diplomacy and economic might, but of good sense, reason and all the peace-loving people of the wurld. Ultimately, it had need not come to this but may it be that the government of the Laiki Demokrateia think twice about military involvement in the internal affairs of other nations. In the future, perhaps your nation could act within the bounds of international agreement and join forces with multinational peacekeeping efforts. This would undoubtedly do much to raise the standing of your nation and propel it into the political stage. After all, a country does not just sit in isolation – it is surrounded by neighbours, ones that could well be friendly towards it.

Whilst it was considered by the Agios Basilikon Kounsistorion that the government of the Laiki Demokrateia needed reminding of these facts, it does not mean that our nations' relations need to remain as poor as they currently are. As your government may have noticed, Arhomaneia has also lifted the sanctions that were placed against the Regaseion tes Atyneias – the Kingdom of @Ateenia, which were initiated for exactly the same reasons that the ones put against Velahereia were. Arhomaneia is keen that their nation – and yours – returns to something more of a normal political and economic relationship with the rest of the wurld. A factor in this could well be closer economic relations between our nations, which is something that the Agios Basilikon Kounsistorion may help to foster if the government of the Laiki Demokrateia continues to act in a manner that is conducive to wurld peace, rather than detrimental to it.

After all, closer economic relations between all nations – ideally – encourages peace and can lead to prosperity for all. This is so long as more extreme aspect of Capitalism is not allowed to run rampant and that faith in God is kept within our hearts, rather than greed. Whilst Velahereia becoming more linked with the rest of the wurld's markets could mean more vulnerability, it would also help lift your nation out of the poverty it has found itself mired in. Arhomaneia and the Arhomaioi would be keen to help with that. As stated above, this could be in the form forging stronger economic ties between our nations, but could well be further than that. I would be grateful if you could relay that information to his Excellency, Anders Starinburg, the Supreme Leader of Velahereia.

While our two nations have had our huge differences in recent years, we must know when to set aside our differences and to act united together. Today is that day! With the growing threat of Anglia and its allies, we believe that for the time being our differences no longer matters. While it may pain a few of us in the Executive Government of Ahrana to say that line, it is wholeheartedly true. 

Going forward, in the coming months, Ahrana will do whatever it needs to do to help the nation of Velaheria survive and repel back any foreign invaders on Velaherian Soil. We will provide to the Velaherian an agreement to supply Intelligence Reports gathered by the ADI and the AIC to the respected Velaherian Counterparts. While our Embassy and Consulates are still open within the Empire of Dolchland, we will provide as much information as we can to the Velaherian Government.

We do ask that any land that may be conquered by the Peoples' Republic of Velaheria be allowed to be returned to the Empire of Dolchland at the end of any conflicts or wars that may arise between the two nations. Also, the United Kingdom of Ahrana is planning to submit a petition to the Assembly of Nations for a group of AN Peacekeepers to be sent to the border between Velaheria and Dolchland. We Ahranaians still believe, even at this point, peace could be attained at some point.

We will keep the People of Velaheria in our thoughts as these rough nights and days continue.

As the brave soldiery of the Velahereiki people push back the attempts of the Autokrateia tes Makhairakeias, the Empire of Dolchland, to stamp out your nation as an independent entity, it is clear that it is time that Arhomaneia offer the Velahereioi help. Although it might be an understatement that our nations have not always seen eye-to-eye. The actions of your nation during the civil war in what is now the Inomenes Omospondeia ton Baltikon, the United Federation of @Baltica, is considered to be deplorable by the Agios Basilikon Kounsistorion, the Holy Imperial Government, and remain a black mark against your nation in the eyes of the Arhomaioi. To some, it might be little more than just what your nation deserved after its brutal actions in Baltikon.

However, it is the ordinary people of your nation that suffer the most. It is, equally, of interest for all the nations of the wurld that the minion-nations of the Angleioi are stopped at every turn. And the people of a nation should not suffer for the mistakes of its leaders.

Therefore, I have been instructed by his Aroman Majesty, Kommodos III, by the Grace of Christ, Agios Basileos kai Autokrator ton Arhomaioi kai Isapostolos to present before your excellency. This offer is made in the spirit of all those nations that oppose the Regaseion tes Megas Angleias (@Great Anglia) act as one and work together to defeat the aims of the warmongering Regas Kreitonos III and bring peace back to the wurld. It is hoped that you will then place it before his excellency, Megas Prokathemenos Ander Von Starinburg, for consideration.

The offer is as follows:

Firstly, the forces of the Exerkitos Arhomanos in Morthal Bay will begin to strike targets in support of the advance of the Velaherian People's Army. This will enable your forces to advance more quickly and throw back the pernicious invaders that so threaten the liberty of the Velahereiki people. If your leader and people accept this, then we may liaise as to what method for transmitting the location of targets is suitable. Perhaps the option of Arhomaiki liaison officers is the most suitable.

Secondly, the question of aid of a less immediate nature than striking military targets. It is clear that both your people and your military are suffering due to the actions of the Makhairakeioi. Therefore, the Agios Basilikon Kounsistorion would be willing to send A$250 million worth of humanitarian aid to your nation, to alleviate this suffering. This will be in the form of, but not limited to, foodstuffs, temporary shelters and medicine and sent to your nation's ports for distribution to those most in need.

Thirdly, if these offers are accepted, the Agios Basilikon Kounsistorion might consider other methods of aiding the Velahereioi in the fight against the invaders from the south. This may include military aid.

Respected Comrades, 

Greetings from Bastaria, or whatever is left of it, It is of our utmost gratitude to the Tagmantine government, that your kind nation, has taken an interest in the plight of the Velaherian people, and their fight against the fascist elements of the Dolch imperialists that have been fighting alongside the anglian menace to try and supposedly unify the dolch speaking regions of argis with itself, which in itself is all but an ultranationalist and xenophobic move, which displays a clear lack of concern for international borders and boundaries, although, that would be their undoing eventually. 

As for the support that tagmantium has provided to the DPR Velaherian effort, and the help that it has done in keeping the displaced population satisfied, and relatively content, all that we can say is that the Velaherian Socialist Government is grateful for your help, and would like to ask for some more, regarding the utilization of Tagmantine Navy ships to destroy targets of dolchs, and to ship old weapons that Velaherian People's Army can potentially use as training vehicles, alongside the fact that the tagmantine's can provide some sort of post war aid to the velaherian state in regards to rebuild and all that, and we would be forever indebted to you, in terms of our gratefulness to the tagmantine monarchs. 

We understand that we might not have always been on the same page, or how the tagmantine's feel about our "illiberal" Democratic Socialist Regime, but that all can be put behind, and an new Era of relations can begin between Velaherian and the Tagmantines as we move towards an Era, where relations are not based on Ideology but rather on necessities of the modern Wurld.
