The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is the official diplomatic portal of the Republic of San Castellino. Any other country can use this portal to send diplomatic requests or proposals to the Republic of San Castellino. The Republic of San Castellino can also use this portal to give an official government reaction to certain events abroad.

Your nation is a shining light in the darkness that is Mesothalassa. A bastion of freedom, civilisation and love for Christ in a sea of unbelief and socialism that ever threatens to wash over the brave and noble San Castellinos. My nation is in much the same position – a lone beacon of Christ in a hostile land, bordered to the north by barbarians and to the south by heretics and unbelievers.

In recognition of this, and the recognition that closer cooperation between our nations will preserve civilisation not just in Mesothalassa, Europa but the wurld itself, I have been tasked by my monarch to suggest and exchange of embassies. His Aroman Majesty, Kommodos III, by the Grace of Christ the God, Holy Emperor, Autocrat and Equal-to-the-Apostles, feels that our nations' futures lie together and that this initial step of establishing formal relations will go some way to starting that.

San Castellino is the logical partner nation for Arhomaneia in Mesothalassa, much more so than any of the nations that surround yours. Although our denominations differ, it is clear that your peoples' faith in Christ is earnest and true, and our nations share much more than that beside. Such things as a respect for a strong and formidable ruler, such as your president and my Holy Emperor. Similarly, the prosperity of our nations and people is a key objective and something that both of our nations can start working towards as our relations become stronger.

Together, our nations will spread the glory of God.

It gladdens the heart of all Arhomaioi and all true Christians that his excellency, General Di Foxycionni has accepted the offer of establishing relations between between our two great nations. I do not doubt that this will be the start of a long and valuable friendship between our two great nations. Together, we will be shining beacons of civilisation and faith – something that the wurld undoubtedly needs in these trying times. If our nations work together, we will be able to weather the coming storm.

To this end, I have taken the liberty to discuss a potential ambassador from my nation to yours with Arhomaneia's diplomatic corps. We have selected someone, a career diplomat who will be able to act as a suitable representative for my nation. Their name is Domitianos Iatropoulos. Please find their credentials attached. If your government judges them to be unsuitable, I will be able to find another who is more so.

Similarly, I have also found a location within the capital of Tagmatika for your nation's chancery. Again, the details are attached and, again, if you feel it is unsuited to your nation's needs, another location will be found.
