The entire nation of Seylos is devastated to learn of the continued attacks against Gallambria from within. King Aidan Redmond wishes to personally extend his deepest condolences on the loss of lives from these senseless acts of terror. Seylos has come to count and upon and appreciate Gallambria as its closest ally in these dark days, and cannot stand by while its ally is in need. It is in this spirit that the Kingdom of Seylos wishes to extend to Gallambria any support it can muster to help with this crisis.

The Seylosian military and our civilian foreign services are, reasonably so, at Gallambria's disposal to help those affected by the CRA's continued attacks and if joint military actions are requested.

The people of Seylos, and her government stand behind Gallambria.

To: His Majesty's Government of the Kingdom of @Gallambria

From: the Agios Basilikon Kounsistorion of the Megas Agios Basileia Arhomaion

Your Excellencies,

It will have not slipped the notice of the His Majesty's Government of Gallambria that the Exousiokrateia ton Gharon, the Sovereign Imperium of Machina Haruspex, has stepped up rhetoric about pirates operating in the Amnalos Thalassa, the Amnalos Sea. As yet, my government has yet to ascertain whether there has actually been an increase in piracy or whether this is little more than a justification for the Gharoi to step up their naval presence in that sea, due to the location of their colony of Zharr in north-western Azania and what appears to be a desire to exercise more control over the sea.

Either way, this affects both of our nations. From the point of view of Arhomaneia, the Amnalos Thalassa is a key sea lane into and out of central Europa and any one nation in control of it may be able to threaten the movement of trade into central Europa, or even naval vessels. And, I imagine, from the point of view of the Kingdom of Gallambria, a certain nation in control of that same area of sea would threaten contact with your nation's protectorate of Bashan. I also know that Gallambria has seen a drop in relations with that nation since the occupation and subjugation of Koussoeia.

To this end, I am suggesting that our nations cooperate with an anti-piracy operation in the Amnalos Thalassa. If piracy is becoming an issue in the area, then an increased naval presence will dissuade them from acting against shipping. If it is merely a pretence to allow the Gharoi to justify a larger naval force in the area, then an increased naval presence of our own will remind the northern barbarians that it is not a body of water for their own exclusive use.

The Agios Basilikon Kounsistorion has suggested a multinational anti-piracy operation to the Gharoi. They have have declined the offer of cooperation in the area, wishing to go it alone and not involve other nations. Especially from the New Wurld. This is most certainly a shame, as Arhomaneia remains an ally of the Gharoi and this could well have been an opportunity to begin to break down the ill feeling that has been built up in recent years. It is felt by my government that this suggests the reports of an increase in piracy in the Amnalos Thalassa may not be wholly accurate.

Our nations can use the fact that Arhomaneia is a member of the Partnership for Peace to help justify any joint operation in the area. It may also be a good opportunity for the Basilikoploimon and the Royal Gallambrian Navy to work along side each other, as this is not something our forces have done often the past, other than the recent actions in and around Ceris.

I hope that we can come to some agreement on the matter and my government is keen to hear any thoughts or ideas yours might have on this topic.

May God grant us strength in these trying times,

Mr Goulielmos,

On behalf of the Prime Minister and the Gallambrian Government, I would like to thank you for reaching out to us.

During my first meeting with the Defence Committee, we discussed the on-going security issues within the region, including aspects of the ongoing situation in Ceris and the North Adlantic. One particular point that was brought up was the the potential for areas such as the Amnalos and Kataigidon Seas becoming flashpoints for potential disputes over maritime sovereignty.

The Prime Minister and the National Security Council, have agreed that the Amnalos Sea plays particular interest to Gallambrian regional security, and would like to explore the potential for both of our military's to work together to bring about stability and security to our region.

Yours,

Hon. Paul Vincent

To: Their Excellency, Elliot Phillips, Minister of the Foreign and Dominions Office of His Majesty's Government of the Regaseion tes Ghallamvreias (@Gallambria)

From: the Agios Basilikon Kounsistorion of the Megas Agios Basileia Arhomaion

Your Excellency,

The Agios Basilikon Kounsistorion and the Arhomaiki people were appalled by the confrontation between the vessels of your nation's navy and that of Regaseion tes Megas Angleias. It seems to be nothing short of an intentional provocation, as otherwise it could have been entirely avoided. The Amnalos Thalassa is something of a tinderbox at the moment, considering not just the crisis caused by the actions of Megas Angleia, but the Exousiokrateia ton Gharon (@Haruspex) as well. However, even the northern barbaroi have not acted in such a brazen manner, one that threatens to set Europa even more ablaze than it currently is and potentially dragging in the New Wurld as well.

It is clear that the government of Megas Angleia are acting in a way that endangers one of the busiest shipping routes on Eurth, one that is key to the interests of both of our nations. This would not just disrupt trade through the Amnalos and Raga Thalassai but also threaten the lives of civilians and naval personnel of not just our nations, but many other nations as well. This is a situation that cannot go on for much longer and should not be tolerated for much longer, either.

My nation's cooperation with TRIDENT nations through several recent crises and membership of the Partnership for Peace programme shows how deeply Arhomaneia feels about the rules-based international order, as well as peace and stability on Eurth. Continued actions by Megas Angleia throughly threaten this and could well lead to a complete breakdown of the situation in the Amnalos and Ragas Thalassai.

To this end, I have been instructed by his Aroman Majesty, Kommodos III, by the Grace of Christ the God, Holy Emperor and Autocrat of the Aroman People and Equal-to-the-Apostles, to offer the people and government of Ghallamvreia the assurance that Arhomaneia stands by their side. If the worst came to the worst and armed conflict broke out between your nation and that of Megas Angleia, then the Arhomaioi will stand shoulder-to-shoulder with the Ghallamvrioi and support them.

May God see to it that Regas Creighton III sees sense and reverses the actions of his government.

Mr Goulielmos Eugenios,

Firstly, thank you for your words of support.

It is agreed that the behaviour we have seen by the Great Anglians over the last week is indicative of the behaviour we have seen from them over the last year.

While Gallambria has a foot in both the doors of the New and Old World, we along with the other regional powers, must remain cognizant that the run on effects of current events in the Old World can be detrimental to regional stability in the Adlantic.

Gallambria has long stood for the maintenance of both regional and international stability and security, but also for the obedience of international laws and treaties. However, we believe that our collective responsibilities as regional and international powers, is to protect those nations who are at risk of, or who have been exploited by nations such as Great Anglia, like what we have seen in Azania.

Again, we thank you for your commitment, and it is comforting to know that Tagmatine Government is ready to stand with Gallambria and her Allies to ensure that peace and stability will again return to our region.

FROM: Office of General Delyth Kendrick, Chief of Army Staff

TO: Armed Forces of the Kingdom of @Gallambria

seylos_emblem.png

Before our deployment of support personnel to Bashan, The Kingdom of Seylos wishes to request a series of operational training exercises in cooperation with the Gallambrian Armed Forces. While we have significantly cooperated in the past, and we of course are certain that our respective groups will work well together, Seylosian soldiers are unfamiliar with both Bashani geography and its cultural customs. It is of paramount importance to the Seylosian Armed Forces to ensure that any military deployment is carried out with the least disruption to the local civilian population.

We would also like to request a series of small war games, both naval and ground based as we prepare for the possibility of engaging an enemy on equitable technological terms as ourselves. While the Sentist War has given Seylosian soldiers significant combat experience, this experience came in the form of a technologically inferior enemy that was forced to utilize sheer numbers to hold its ground. War games in preparation to fight an enemy that extensively uses modern armaments would be invaluable.

TO: Armed Forces of @Gallambria
FROM: Konstantínos Galanis, Chief of Staff, @Kirvina Air Force

The government of the Exarcheia tís Kirvínastiría has authorized that I reach out on behalf of the Air Force of the Exarchate and appeal to our Gallambrian counterparts for the instatement of a Joint Jet Pilot training program. It is our understanding that by way of Anglian actions in Europa and increasing tensions on the Aurelian continent, it would be advisable to engage in programs which serve to improve the readiness, operational capability, and inter-service cooperation of our Air Force, which has long been the dominant branch of the Kirvinian Armed Forces. My belief is that the best way to do this is to reach out to technologically advanced and militarily capable states such as Kalamvría, hence the ensuing communication.

We hope that our cooperation is a natural result of the Exarchate's nature as a part of Arhomaneia on Eurth and thus political and cultural closeness to the Tagmatikoi, as well as its status as a democracy and founding member and partner of the Aurelian League, which works tirelessly to ensure stability on the continent, and even now hopes to avert the brewing conflict in the south of the continent by any diplomatic means possible. And though it is diplomatic means that we prefer, the assistance of the Kalamvríai would go a long way, we believe, to maintaining peace on the Aurelian continent. Should this suggestion of a KKJJPT (Kirvina-Kalamvría Joint Jet Pilot Training) program meet with your favor, I stand ready to discuss and organize the details to any specifications you may request.

General Konstantínos,

Thank you for your letter, dated 23 September 2022.

This morning, I took this request to the Chief of the Defence Staff and the Secretary of Defence, who were both supportive, and has approved of the delivery of a Joint Jet Pilot Training program.

It has also been suggested, that in addition to providing training for fast-jet pilots, that the RGAF also provides further professional development for your Air Force's engineering and maintenance personnel. It is planned that the KKJJPT/KGJJPT program will be support by the RGAF's 5th Flying Training School at RGAF Base Yeovil, with trainee aircrew utilising the Air Force's Osprey T.3 fast jet training aircraft, and the Air Force School of Technical Training.

My office will be in contact within the coming months to further discuss program outlines, training outlines, and other details.

Should you have any questions feel free to contact me directly.

Regards,

TO: @Gallambria  Ministry of Defense

FROM: Shire Ahmed, President of the Wajokan Government in Exile

Flag_of_Wajoka.png

As the people of Gallambria continue their fight against the oppressive regimes of the Occidental-Azanian Pact, our own people have been struggling against the unjust occupation of our homeland by the Anglian government. The people of Azania are calling for their freedom, and though we are not in much of a position to assist them at this moment, there are some actions we can hope to take to help the nations who fight on against the OCA. As the Gallambrian government may remember in our flight from our homeland, a fleet of ships carrying our government fled when all hope was lost against resisting the Anglian invaders, led by the RDS Manyikeni. Though our fleet was intercepted and escorted away by the Seylosians, we of course tragically lost several ships that bought the precious time we needed for our rendezvous. Now, Captain Adekoge Babtunde of the Manyikeni, our most senior remaining military officer, has urged me to commit to helping our allies as best as we can, and I have come to agree with him.

We understand that the Gallambrian protectorate of Bashan is under threat from Anglia, and we wish to help in any way that we can. Eight of our ships are still operational, and have been kept in serviceable condition by the Seylosians at their Norfolk base. We wish to commit these ships to helping Gallambria in Bashan, even if all they do is protect your supply lines to the territory.

We hope that together we can help free Wajoka and the rest of Azania from the OCA.

I have reached out to the relative people, pertaining to your offer of support.
