The Point of View from Doug

[Limu Emu and Doug]

As Co-Dictator of the nation of Limu Emu and Doug, Doug, the only Human in the country is on a hill staring out over the capital city, Wastetropolis. When he looks away from it he just sees miles of nuclear wasteland... It wasn't Doug's decision to co-found this nation in the middle of a nuclear so this brings finally brings me to  a Great Wasteland fact.

There are alot of nuclear waste fields that is in the middle of it because it produces currency + food for the Intelligent Emu's.

Doug is in the center of Wastetropolis, the capital. The city has a population of TBD Million Intelligent Emus and 1 Human.
