Personal Weapons

 

7.62mm, 20 rounds. 
This rifle, developed by Arel Corporation, has been in service for the last 30 years. It has seen many different variations over the years, having been used by the Army, Navy, and even police units in their SWAT teams. It is simple, with a blowback receiver, composite construction, and a rugged frame. It is semi-automatic only, with training being focused on single fire only. Automatic weapons are seen as imprecise in the eyes of training doctrine. This rifle is limited to government and select private use, with its availability to the public restricted. It is engineered to be the most durable, most reliable weapon while delivering performance in all other categories.

 

 

30 rounds, 7.62mm.
This is the main rifle of the Rangers and other special forces. It is semi-automatic only as well but has the addition of a burst option. Integrated red dot and canted iron sights offer superior performance to other rifles in the military or on offer. Only a few thousand rifles have been produced to date, with each rifle being custom made for each soldier or officer the rifle is assigned to be equipped with. This rifle is only available to government forces, strictly the military. The rifle is made to be accurate out to 350m with unaimed fire and has a maximum range of 750m.

 

 

Belt fed or 50 round drum, 7.62mm.
The main automatic, crew served weapon in the military's arsenal. Crewed by a gunner and a loader, several hundred of these guns have been placed into use for stopgap purposes such as anti-air emplacements. It is built to be functional even when clogged with mud, dirt or snow. The gun comes equipped with a holographic sight and an angled foregrip built into the frame. The sight can be changed for a telescopic sight if the need arises. The gun also can be integrated with advanced targeting software currently being developed by the National Armaments Laboratory.  The gun can also be modified to take 9mm Parabellum if the need arises, though the modification only can be done in a gunsmithing shop.

 

 

15 round box, .22. 
The main weapon used by the reserves and supplied to outside forces and companies, the KLR has been in use since the 1950s with variations to it, with the current version being the KLR-E. It has a simple, rugged wooden stock and frame. Simplistic iron sights, a small box magazine and places for a carabiner make this the ideal weapon for personal use and paramilitary forces. The small caliber bullet fired by the weapon is easily available and is ready for use in large numbers. The manufactured parts are simplistic, rugged, but offer little in the ways of performance outside of close to medium range combat.

 

 

8 round box or 10 round drum, 9mm.
The main sidearm used in civilian and military life, it is widely popular and known for its rugged characteristics and superior performance to pistols of the past. The pistol is of the stamped metal construction process, which provides superior quality. The pistol can be fitted with a wooden stock and a drum magazine to be turned into a small caliber carbine for use by paramilitary forces. The stock and drum can be provided with the pistol as a special all in one set. The pistol can be purchased by a member of the public, though the carbine form is more restricted.

 

 

2 rounds loaded, 12 gauge. 
The main shotgun used by the military, with a sawed-off version used and favored by paramilitaries. It is the oldest gun currently in service with the military, having been used for over eighty years. It has a hardwood construction, with few metal parts, leaving it better suited for use in wet and muddy conditions. There is a modern version used as an attachment on the rifles used by the military.

 

Armored Vehicles

 

Twenty in service, thirty in storage.

The main battle tank of the Army and Marine Corps, this beast sports a 120mm cannon, one 20mm autocannon coaxial, and three KAR's. One KAR is on a pintle mount that is remote controlled, one is in another remote turret on the back deck of the tank, and one is hull mounted in a ball emplacement. The tank has 210mm of frontal armor, with it being sloped at 45 degrees. The sides and rear of the tank have 75mm of hull armor, while the turret has 100 mm of armor. It has an autoloader, only needing three crew, with the option of a fourth man to man the bow-mounted machine gun. It can reach a top speed of 45mph and has a range of over 200 mi with its two fuel tanks. It only recently entered service, having gone into service within the last five years.

Thirty in service, twenty-eight in reserve, thirty in storage.

The man Armored Personnel Carrier of the military, it is also in use of many police forces around the nation as well. It comes equipped with two 45mm autocannon, one KAR in a remote-controlled turret on top of the turret, and one KAR on the back deck of the vehicle. The police version has KAR's in place of the autocannon and retains the remote-controlled turrets. It can carry 14 soldiers in its troop carrier version, two litters in it's a medical version or one pallet of cargo in its logistics version. The logistics version is the only one exported or sold to private companies, as it is useful for transporting small amounts of cargo long distances. It has a range of 450 miles, as it is fully electric, and uses solar power to recharge in the field. It has 60 mm of armor all around, including the turret. Many variants of this vehicle exist, all for different purposes.

 

 

 

 

A hundred and ten in service, two hundred in reserve, thirty-eight in storage.

A general purpose vehicle, this is used for everything from troop transport to towing to recovery. It has a remote controlled KAR in a turret on top of its cab and has several different modification packages that can be used to further advance the versatility of the truck. It has 30mm of armor all around, with a carrying capacity of twenty troops in its troop carrier version. It has a top speed of 60mph, a range of 300 miles, and the ability to do a lot of different tasks.

 

 

 

Ten in service, none in reserve, eight in storage.

An amphibious small vehicle that has several variants, again one of several armored personnel carriers in use. It is slightly outdated, as upgrades to the vehicle have ended. It has gained a reputation for its versatile construction and reliability even in the toughest conditions. Two propellers give the vehicle an added bonus in water. It has a top speed of 60mph on land, 20mph in calm seas and a range of 400 miles, 600 with external tanks. It is airmobile, being able to be transported by a large aircraft. Its armor goes up to 40mm.

 

 

 

Two in service, none in reserve, two in storage.

The main self-propelled artillery vehicle in service, it sports a turret with a 155mm howitzer, radar, and several targeting systems. It has two KAR's in remotely controlled mounts, one on the turret, and one in the hull of the vehicle. It carries twenty rounds and can be outfitted with an ammunition trailer to transport more rounds with it. It has a range of over 200 miles, armor up to 100mm, and a top speed of 30mph.

 

 

Naval Ships

 

One in service. Cruisers. One 5-inch gun, one VLS system, two SAM systems, and four CWIS systems make up the armament of these ships. A crew of 650. Carries a single Fox as the ship's aircraft. It also carries two small boats that can be deployed out of the side of the ship. A speed of 32 knots max, the range is unlimited due to nuclear power.

 

 

Two in service. Destroyer. A crew of 400. Three 5-inch guns, one VLS system, two CWIS systems, two anti-ship missile systems, one depth charge thrower. A speed of 40 knots max.

 

 

Eight in service. Frigate. A crew of 150. One 3-inch gun, two 76mm guns, three 20mm autocannon, one C-RAM. Carries two Unity UAVs launched by a single catapult onboard the ship. Recovered by crane. A range of 1,500 miles, Max speed of 45 knots.

 

 

Twenty in Service. Patrol Ship. A crew of 75. One 75mm gun, three 20mm guns, one missile system. Max speed is 33 knots. Max range is 850 miles.

 

 

Thirty in service, ten in coast guard service, two in national police service. Small Patrol Ship. A crew of 23. One 20mm autocannon. Max speed is 55 knots without any load or no turning. A range of 500 miles. Carries one small boat on the back of the boat.

 

Aircraft

 

Twenty in Service, Thirteen in reserve.

The main fighter aircraft of the Air Force, it has a crew of two, a pilot and a systems/weapons officer. It carries an internal autocannon with 1000 rounds, winglets, and an internal weapons bay. Rudimentary stealth technology makes it appear to be a small civilian aircraft on radar screens. It has a top speed of Mach 4, a cruising speed of Mach 2, and a ceiling of 50,000 feet, all powered by two internally mounted engines. It's two fuel tanks give the aircraft a range of over 2,500 miles which can be extended by the use of external fuel tanks. There is a naval variant for carrier operations.

 

 

 

Ten in service, Four in reserve.

The main attack aircraft of the air force, this small jet carries a crew of three; a pilot, weapons operator, and an engineer. Several weapons hardpoints under the straight wing allow for a lot of weapons to be carried, along with two internal 20mm guns, with 600 rounds each. Four hardpoints can carry guided weapons, while 220mm of armor protects the crew cabin and vital points on the aircraft, while 75mm protects the rest of the aircraft. It has three engines, two under the wings, and one tail mounted between the twin tails of the aircraft. It is lovingly called the "Rat" by its crew members. It has a range of 1,200 miles, a max speed of Mach 1.5, and a ceiling of 48,000 feet.

 

 

 

One in Service, One in reserve.

The largest aircraft in the fleet, this behemoth has eight engines all underwing. It is mainly a cargo aircraft and troop transport, with only a few other specialized variants in service. It can carry a total load of two hundred passengers, one hundred and fifty troops or three hundred tons of cargo. It has a crew of seven (four pilots, one defensive systems operator, two engineers). It has a range of 4,500 miles in three tanks, 50mm of armor all around, and a range of defensive systems; three 20mm cannon (one dorsal, one ventral, and one tail turret, all radar guided), flares, and chaff systems as well. It has a top speed of Mach .75, and a ceiling of 65,000 feet.

 

 

 

Two in service, four in reserve.
The smallest aircraft in the fleet, a converted luxury jet that now serves as a converted transport/ light gunship. The two tail mounted engines give this jet a top speed of Mach .85 and a ceiling of 45,000 feet. It is armed with a 20mm cannon, a 15mm rotary cannon, and a 7.62mm minigun. The cabin has been converted to a semi-pressurized compartment, with the side doors from the civilian version carrying over with the addition of a rear door that folds out like a clamshell. It can carry 20 troops or a ton of cargo. It is staffed by three crew; a pilot, copilot and an engineer/ systems operator. All weapons are remotely controlled.

 

 

Four in service, two in reserve.

.The main attack transport helicopter of the military, it carries 100 mm of armor to protect it's two crew (weapons systems operator and pilot) and can carry twelve troops in its passenger compartment. It has four hardpoints to mount weapons on, an internal 30mm autocannon that can rotate 360 degrees from a ventral front turret mount, and two 7.62mm machine guns in a doorway pintle mount in the side doors. It has a top speed of 220 mph, a ceiling of 12,000 feet, and is equipped with an advanced targeting system.

 

 

Thirty in service, fifty in reserve.

The smallest, and least armed aircraft. It is a high wing monoplane with composite construction. It has a single pilot, an option for a second pilot, and either 4,000 pounds of cargo or eight passengers. It is powered by two small electric jet engines that power the aircraft to 400 mph as a top speed, 225 mph as a cruising speed. It is used mainly for general purpose transportation, and patrol.

 

 

Four in service, two in reserve and one in storage.

A medium-lift transport aircraft, this airframe serves the most roles, from refueling tanker to range tracking variants currently in service. It has two engines giving it a speed of Mach .68, a ceiling of 38,000 feet, and a range of over 5,000 miles. It can carry up to 45,0000 pounds of cargo. It has a crew of three (two pilots and an engineer). It can carry a hundred and fifty passengers in its passenger variation. The State VIP Aircraft fleet is made up of Adars in a specialized variant.

One in service, one under construction. Eight planned.

A small general purpose drone used by the government to track, and kill in an armed capacity. It has a range of 8,500 miles flying at 65,000 feet. It can be armed with two guided bombs or missiles in its armed variant. It has one regular HD camera, one infrared camera, and can be semi-automatic flight.  It also has solar panels that can power the aircraft in an electric motor version, allowing for maximum range in daylight. It is currently under development.

 

 

Fifteen in service, nine in reserve, thirty-six in storage.

An older model of UAV, controlled by radio and was developed over thirty years ago. It has a single camera, a bomb bay for up to a 500lb bomb, and a range of 3,800 miles. It is mainly used to tow signal cables over at-risk areas or disaster zones to provide internet and cell service for the occupants.
