[OOC] The Dragon Awakens

As a reawakening nation within Europa/Eurth, although not a dead race, perhaps not as focused upon the region about them as they might have been. It has been some time since a visit was conducted within the Haru lands, be it for simple curiosity or ventures of trade and economy. Recent events, a war, a return of the old ways, the acknowledgement of old friends and perhaps old enemies, brings the slumbering beast from its reverie once more. 

The Occident is in a different state then when the Empress first, and the Emperor that followed, had paid attention to it. A new emperor is about to be crowned, banners once more shall rustle in the breeze. Shall this be more of the same, or a different approach to the realm as it knows.

This is a great idea. Let me be the first to say, maybe Andalla could be one of the first "New World" nations to establish diplomatic connections with Haruspex. I mean it's always good to be friendly.

Whilst we understand that it will be Andalla first from this point onwards,

Correct me if I’m wrong @Tagmatium Rules, but wasn’t the IC state of affairs of @Haruspex while he was gone one of disorder and chaos, making you send peacekeepers. Or something alongs those lines?

If so, since things would be then “calming down” I could theoretically send missionaries and the like to the new nation?

If you want to relive Tag's experience of getting those missionaries back in many boxes, sure.

That was my IC reason, as it wasn't initially thought that MH was coming back. Whatever I outlined is trumped by the new stuff MH puts forward.

Oddly long story short, it turns out that my house has two phone lines, one of which no one knew about, so it's all fixed now.

I'll be waiting until those who replied in this thread have made a post, and then if everyone is quite alright with it, I'll assume that your diplomats are within for the funeral etc. Of which your travel play and so on is more then appreciated and if you've any questions, dont hesitate to ask.
