Jacob Taren
973 Ya know, there's still one more flaw with this system. Points only determine how much stuff you have, not how 'elite' it is. I mean, there's bound to be a difference in the soldiers coming out of a country that has 'training worse than any battlefield', like mine, compared to a nation that isn't so hard on recruits. Phil VII
421.192 not sure how this calculator wrks, although i have a fairly large nation, my militery is under cutbacks at the moment, so i have a fairly low militery spending Link to comment
Tamurin
259.... whoosh, am I good... Link to comment

Phil VII
hmm, and i selected 'militery cutbacks' in the mention thing, but it wont awknowlage it, so i have to say 'no mention' instead... Link to comment
Argenland
@SSSS: your adventage is the population... this is the problem... but is normal, becouse in the real life China have more military power than an european country, for example. Link to comment
Phil VII
yeh, but in real life the UK has a bigger militery than the japanese say, even though they have a larger population and larger country, so does not always work Link to comment

Tagmatium Rules
Hmm... Apparently, the Holy Empire of Tagmatium has an MP value of 74.46. This means that the army of Tagmatium consists of several groups of old men and boys armed with smoothbore muskets. Link to comment

Phil VII
hmm, village elders eh...smoothbore muskets eh... *looks at his seven ogres and troll with large sticks* yay! I win! Link to comment
Tagmatium Rules
Properly armed troops with smoothbore can put out quite a decent rate of fire, and they have quite a large calibre, much larger than the modern standard infantry weapons, the bullet being around 1.75cm. But, the down side being you could stand 100m away and not be hit by a battlation. Link to comment

Phil VII
heh, this gives me an idea about a new style of RP, instead of setting then in current day worlds, with air strikes, parachutists and WMD's, how about one set in the past, not neccecerily inthe real world like in other regions RP's, but in our own NS natiosn past, so i could be Phil I founding his own nation, and the whole RP could be about the forging of alliences and battles throughut the ages.... any thoughts? or am i just rambling in an odd incoherent manner...
