Ok, If you get a runtime error, it is listed in help/FAQ on the calc, but

*u have to download the systems file "COMDLG32.OCX"

*copy it into the \Windows\System32 directory

*Then click on start then go to run

*type according to your OS:

Windows 95, 98, or Me:

"regsvr32 \windows\system\COMDLG32.OCX"

Windows NT or 2000:

"regsvr32 \WINNT\system32\COMDLG32.OCX"

Windows XP:

"regsvr32 \windows\system32\COMDLG32.OCX"

*Then a message should come up saying "DllRegisterServer ... succeeded" or sumthing, this is how i solved the problem

Dunno why it needs a new file, just something missing from the registry

Yeah, apparently so. It's often better just to keep in mind the budget a comparably sized real-life country will have, and the troop numbers, etc. At 29 million, you would be looking at a bugdet of $34,361,576,230 (thanks to the Sunset Calculator), and troop numbers (this is all the men and women in your armed forces) of about 200,000 at the most. This'll change in time, of course. Keep that in mind, and you won't go wrong.
