Today a commercial jet which appears to be a Byzantium Novan airliner was traveling to Baltirow-woud and crossed into Stoned Smurfs air space. Six SSF420's were dispatched and are now forcing the jet to land at an undisclosed military base. The Stoned Smurfs government and Byzantium Nova have had a tense month and this seems to be a direct result of the recent war. The Stoned Smurfs government has refused to comment until investigations are complete.

To:President Pot (Via secure MMRTA contact line)

From:The Tribal Tribunal

Subject:Civilian Passengers Onboard Detained Airliner

We request that the civilians onboard the detained commercial airliner, if detained, be treated respectfully and humanely and that they be allowed to contact any family members so as to ease the tensions and grief they may be experiencing. We understand the tensions that have risen lately between Byzantium Nova and your Peoples, but we also firmly believe that political tensions beyond a civilian's control should not be grounds for placing his or her well-being in jeopardy. We would greatly appreciate your cooperation in our efforts to improve civil liberties for foreign nationals around the world.

TO: President Pot

FROM: Niederoestereichian Government

SUBJECT: Airline

Although we would not like to see harm come to the cilvillian passangers, if you have any plans to release them, question and run background checks on them first, to affirm there idenity. You never know when a foreign spy may turn up with useful information.

PM. Kant
