GS and EF both are Serbian and next to Sayf, so I thought that would be a match. Nevertheless, I like my second idea more.

Sorry but the addition of a byzantine-esque/eastern European nation in the area that was suggested in Alharu wouldn't work, I'd say. Northern Alharu as it is is already going towards a strange mix of cultures. Perhaps it's best to place Soreana to the other side of Limonaia, giving the foundation to a solid area of Italian culture and then put Karillia near Theodoria and such. When I quickly checked the map when Karillia asked about the time it would take to get added, that area seemed to fit perfectly including the availability of a mountain range that I believe was wanted. If need be, I can look about copying the comments from then to here in the morning

Sorry for replying so late, I am kinda busy with University stuff, so I didn't really check the site as much as I should have <.<

Anyway, I would be glad about either placement, and as I know rather little about the pros and cons of the different areas and whether I would fit in, I will go with whatever I am assigned.

Hello @Karillia, thank you for understanding the above points of discussion.

1. Factbook. Nice read. Good work. No real remarks.
2. Newsroom. Also very nice. Where can I get a subscription to The Karillian Herald?
3. Location. This seems to be a tricky combination. Here are my proposals for your consideration. (See map below.)
   1. If by Byzantine you mean Greek, then I am reminded of The Hellenic Rus. You also mentioned a collapsed Ottoman empire. While we don't really have that, we can presume there might have been some link with Hellenic Rus. I'd suggest somewhere in W-Argis along the coastline between @Beleareas and @Ahrana. 
   2. If by Byzantine you prefer a stronger Slavic component, then a location on the popular S-Argic subcontinent becomes relevant. There you can also be part of a previous larger nation that split into several smaller territories.

Conclusion: placement is still an open question. More community feedback is certainly appreciated.

If option 1 were to go through, I'd be happy to work with @Karillia to establish some historic links between the country and the former Hellenic Rus. They've taken on a role as the 'bad guy' in the area, being on the losing side of the Second Argic War and a perpetrator of the Canamo Missile Crisis - see if that works with you. The area may also soon be plagued by a civil war in North Dniester, so it'll be quite a troublesome time.

Option 2 could also work. Central Argis is filling up nicely and is also full of turmoil. Both areas would be fun to write in.

I believe @Sayf's history involves some empire building, mainly as it relates to @Greater Serbia.
