[Sunset Sea Islands]

This message is adressed to all nations currently maintaining diplomatic missions to the Radiant Republic of the Sunset Sea Islands and to those, who wish to do so in the future.

Over the course of the last half century, the Radiant Republic of the Sunset Sea Islands has built a reputation for being completely pacifistic, devoid of imperialistic tendencies and military agendas. Therefore, the nation grew popular as a neutral stage for peace negotiations and other forms of diplomacy. Up until now, foreign nations would establish embassies in neighbourhoods in Sunset City that feature large communities from the respective nation or are of other historical relevance. This, however, has led to complications. Embassies scattered arbitrarily across a megalopolis is simply not an efficient system. Therefore, we are most pleased to announce the establishment of the One World Center, one enormous building containing a complete diplomatic district under one roof.

By centralising all foreign embassies of the Sunset Sea Islands in one place, we do not only streamlinediplomatic processes, but we encourage coreign cultures to meet and coexist in close proximity to one another. After consulting with the ambassadors and learning about the requirements of their offices, state-run moving services have finished transporting dozens of embassies into the One World Center.

As embassies are territory under foreign sovereignty, each nation is assigned one "module" of the building. These are not structurally connected to other modules, however, they are all covered by one roof, symbolising international cooperation, friendship and peace in our world.

The Radiant Republic of the Sunset Sea Islands is know for valuing few things as much as diplomacy, international cooperation and friendship. Therefore, whenever the need arises, the Foreign Office reaches out to nations that have not yet established relations of any kind with the Radiant Republic. I, Theresa Tumbleweed, the Prime Minister of the Radiant Republic of the Sunset Sea Islands, believe, that establishing formal ties is the first step of preventing conflicts of any kind. There is no worse thing on the face of this planet than war, and, in Sunset Sea Islandian opinion, there is no conflict that cannot be solved through negotiations. Following the devastating Second Thalassan War, we have learned that there is no thing more valuable than peace. If you agree and want to walk down this path we call "fate" as brethren in harmony, not as enemies in battle, we urge you to reack back out to us and to take our hand in friendship.
