A Brief Reorganisation

This is a quick announcement to inform you about a couple of structural changes to the RP forums.

To make the divide clear between IC and OOC forums, I will be grouping the following subforums into their own section.

1. OOC Planning & Discussion. Will remains as is.
2. Atlas (or similar name). Map discussions are buried within the world news. Claims are also handled in OOC. So it makes sense to display this as such.
3. Encyclopedia (or similar name). This contains the current factbooks, and can contain information from the Wiki as well.
4. The Art gallery. Where you can request help with design to improve the look and feel of your nation and stories.

This section will be called "Community Led Resources".

I'll leave 3 days for comments before moving ahead with this.

Today is Sunday so three days have passed.

There were no remarks or negative comments regarding the proposal.

I do however see 9 (nine) people like and/or support the idea.

I will now perform the actions required to implement this change.
