However, if these are company cars, they are subject to fringe benefit taxation, even as imports. There is a loophole, which is to send them as a gift or proof of concept to ValenCorp, from where the legal ownership will be transferred back to KAP Group in the form of "complimentary" (free of charge) addition to the office space. The transfer will occur as soon as the cars arrive at the ValenCorp office warehouse, whereupon they will be immediately transferred to the ACE office garage. If this is acceptable, we can move forward with the lease at a steal price of 1.75c per sqf monthly for 10,000sqf! All payments of lease and expenses incurred by systems and equipment installed by Elegy, sent to the ACE management team, will be automatically forwarded to the ValenCorp Financial management team.
