Embassies request protocol and reglementation

To all interested states,

In order to pursue closer bonds with other members of the international community, his majesty the Emperor Adrian Colegard, by the imperial decree 12, opened Astriedanian territory to foreign embassies.

All embassies and embassy staff will have to comply to the rules edicted in the imperial decree.

Foreign embassies and embassy staff on Astriedanian territory

Edicted on the 26/12/2017 by his majesty the Emperor Adrian Colegard of the House Colegard, with contribution of the IFRB, part of the HIBD and Julian Merter of the House Merter, legislator of the IFRB.

 

1) All embassies buildings will be built on the sub-sector 2-3 of the Imperial Territory. (OOC: That is east of the 2nd island, close to Dernione. Please refer to the map on my factbook)

2) Sub-sector 2-3 is only accessible trough boat and under military surveillance. Shuttle service will be free of charge and available at Dernione.

3) Anyone entering the Imperial Territory, except sub sector 2-3, without required permissions will be shot on sight, as stated in the imperial decree n°2.

4) If they wish to, embassy personnel can reside inside their embassy. If they do not, they will have to pay for their housing on the main island.

5) All states (except the ones that are in the situation described in 2) ) that wishes to can apply for the installation of their embassies in Astriedan.

6) States that are engaged in a direct armed conflict against Astriedan aren't allowed to have an embassy permit. States that already have one will have their permit revoked and their embassy building destroyed.

7) The emperor have the right to revoke any embassy permit at any given time.

8) All embassy personnel will have to comply to astriedanian law.

9) All embassies permits will be revoked after 10 years unless renewed.

Other precisions/demands: A helicopter landing pad on top of the embassy, with a domestically-produced helicopter. A full-size kitchen, with local chefs, along with an in-house concierge and pool. All personnel will have quarters inside the embassy, and the building should be riot proof, though bomb-proofing is not necessary, unless the Astriedan security forces deem it necessary. Additionally, there should be a small armory enough to arm the 4 security personnel and also lightly equip civilians in case of riots.
