Prymont
Lorraine Duval Foreign Affairs Minister USP National Party United States of Prymont To: Hilly Geeferskost Minister of Economic Issues Het Huisselant Variota Dear Madam, Recent economic advancements in the United States of Prymont have allowed our local substantial automotive industry to thrive. The KAP Group, headed by Erik Bruun, oversees KAP Limited and Visto Cars in Prymont, alongside Esé Automóviles in Iverica. After acquiring Visto Cars only three years ago, KAP Group has found itself in a suitable financial position to consider investing in other foreign manufacturers to expand its reach and improve the quality of automobiles worldwide. I write on behalf of Mr Bruun of the KAP Group, who have selected Altvarna Automotive as a satisfactory investment opportunity. I would like to request an independent, authentic valuation of Altvarna Automotive so I can assist Mr Bruun on an investment price recommendation. I also write on behalf of Ms Lucy Aamot, CEO of Aamotech Technologies, Prymont's leading aerospace company. Due to recent budgeting reviews, Aamotech Technologies have decided to reduce their offensive manufacturing allocation by 60%, but still wish to arm their units appropriately. Together with Ms Aamot, I would like to approach GFWFA Varinco to purchase armaments and specialised modification kits for select Aamotech products. The Government of the United States of Prymont are willing to partly fund employment drives in Het Huisselant Variota to achieve the development and production requirements of these purchases. Should this transaction go smoothly, the United States of Prymont Ground Force are considering updating their infantry equipment, and may be persuaded towards GFWFA Varinco. I thank you for your time, and look forward to your response. Yours faithfully, Lorraine Duval Foreign Affairs Minister of the United States of Prymont Link to comment
Variota
Hilly GeeferskostMinistry of Economic IssuesHFHV BuildingGrootwatersflakteHet Huisselant Variota To: Lorraine Duval Foreign Affairs Minister USP National Party United States of Prymont Dear Madam, While we normally leave inquiries into Variotan industries to the Ministry of Industry, in this case we feel that we are able to provide an authentic evaluation of Altvarna Automotive through the informational database that we update and maintain through our connections in various fields and universities. As such, we currently maintain the valuation for Altvarna Automotive to be around eightteen billion Waarttemun. This valuation holds into account both the physical assets, technological assets and assets such as goodwill and brand name but does not include future or semi-future sales that have been finalized, such as Altvarna Automotive's multi-billion deal with the Holy Empire of Derthalen. While that might increase Altvarna's value at a later state, the Ministry of Economic Issues seeks to provide information that is based on actual, current facts instead of speculating. As Altvarna's position outside of Alharu remains a light one when compared to other brands, the Ministry feels that a foreign corporation taking a stake in the corporation would be positive and thus, we shall be able to recommend as such during discussions. Due to Altvarna's strong position within Alharu and as a unique manufacturer within the smaller car segment, this would also provide the KAP Group with a better position. While the Ministry of Economic Issues holds no official sway over the Ministry of Defence and GFWFA Varinco, we have numerous contacts in both and feel that we will be able to provide quick response to the offer of using Varinco-manufactured armaments and modification kits. As it stands, Varinco and it's affiliate corporation AFWA already include products in their catalog that are able to be mounted upon aircraft and as such, we feel that this will ensure a quicker starting process. We are sure that we can come to an agreement in regards to funding employment drives in order to ensure proper coverage of development and production of the future products. The Ministry of Economic Issues shall formulate a proposal to allow this cooperation between Varinco and Aamotech and shall present it to the Parliament at the next hearing. Should we run into any serious problems in this regard, we shall let you know. With hopeful glances towards a brighter economic future, Yours faithfully, Hilly Geeferskost, Minister of Economic Issues, Het Huisselant Variota Edited November 19, 2017 by Variota (see edit history) 1 Link to comment
Prymont
Lorraine Duval Foreign Affairs Minister USP National Party United States of Prymont To: Hilly Geeferskost Ministry of Economic Issues HFHV Building Grootwatersflakte Het Huisselant Variota Dear madam, Thank you for your timely response. After liaising with the KAP Group and Mr Erik Bruun, and upon completing our own independent calculations, we agree that a value of eighteen billion Waarttemun, which is equal to approximately twenty billion Prynds. As a result, I would like to propose an investment of six billion Prynds, or 30% of Altvarna Automobile's total value. The KAP Group appreciate Altvarna Automobile's unique standing in the world of automotive manufacturing and the firm presence the company has on the Alharu market. KAP Limited, the leading subsidiary of KAP Group, have been producing their supermini, the K1, for almost eight years to much success, and believes that collaboration between the two entities will lead to revenue enhancements for both Altvarna Automobile and the KAP Group. Due to the large nature of this purchase, the KAP Group would not be able to provide the entire sum immediately, and would prefer a progressive investment over the span of three to five years. As for Aamotech Technologies and GFWFA Varinco, a speedy collaboration between the two companies would be much appreciated. While Aamotech Technologies have not previously fitted Varinco instruments to their units on a widespread scale, the idea has been experimented with and was deemed a possibility for the future. Aamotech Technologies' engineers and designers are familiar with GFWFA Varinco products and believe that this could speed up the process even further. Currently, Aamotech Technologies are considering modification kits for the following units: Lysstråle [Sparrow F-D] Smidigstråle Krigstråle (yet to be released) You can find technical documents for the above units attached, and on the Aamotech Technologies online catalogue. In regards to the funding of employment drives, we await the results of the hearing in the Het Huisselant Variotan Parliament. Mr. Nallerplat-Lantboer is willing to accept the offer from the KAP Group to invest the six (6) billion Prymontian Prynds, representing thirty (30) percent of Altvarna Automotive, over a time period of five years and is willing to set aside the part of shares that the KAP Group has not yet provided monetary means for at the price set right now. Should the KAP Group seek to receive the full amount of shares immediately, Mr Nallerplat-Lantboer is willing to provide them but only if the KAP Group provides collateral with a worth of seventy-five (75) percent of the initial outstanding sum. With the time period of five years, this would mean an immediate payment of one point two billion (1.200.000.000) Prymontian Prynds and an immediate share of six (6) percent or an immediate payment of one point two billion (1.200.000.000) Prymontian Prynds, an immediate share of thirty (30) percent and a required collateral with a total value of three point six billion (3.600.000.000) Prymontian Prynds. Should either of these options be acceptable to the KAP Group, we can arrange for paperwork to be made and sent within two business days. In regards to the collaboration between Aamotech Technologies and GFWFA Varinco: The Variotan Parliament has voted on the issue and the vote has come out positive throughout all four chambers. We have a attached a table with the general vote below. As speed has been named as a factor in this collaboration, the Parliament has decided to front the Prymontian part of the bill in order to speed up the process and ensure timely beginning. We shall formulate and send a bill to the appropriate entity within two to four weeks. In the meantime, Varinco shall be moving production lines for more general products over to the AWFA of the Klan Reiefer Gebiet so that production lines are free for immediate adaption to the Aamotech products and requirements. As Varinco has experience with aerial weaponry and has some knowledge of the Smidigstråle, through evaluations given by the AWFA recently, we are sure that this adaption will be able to be done in a speedy fashion. Please do not hesitate if you have any questions. None of the numbers ran high enough to invalidate any votes however, as only fifty (50) percent of parliamentary members are needed in a votable state to validate votes. 1 Link to comment
Prymont
Lorraine Duval Foreign Affairs Minister USP National Party United States of Prymont To: Hilly Geeferskost Ministry of Economic Issues HFHV Building Grootwatersflakte Het Huisselant Variota Dear Madam, It pleases myself and Mr Bruun of the KAP Group greatly to hear that Altvarna Automotive approve of the share purchase. I would firstly like to thank you for communicating on our behalf with Mr Nallerplat-Lantboer on our behalf, and everyone involved genuinely appreciates the speed of this transaction thus far. Mr Bruun was quick to accept Altvarna Automotive's offer of an immediate payment of one point two billion Prymontian Prynds (1,200,000,000), and a collateral of three point six billion Prymontian Prynds (3,600,000,000) for an immediate share of thirty percent (30%) of Altvarna Automotive. The collateral will come in the form of the KAP Group's KAP Technology & Manufacturing facility in Canastota, Prymont. KAP Technology & Manufacturing is a technological and manufacturing subsidiary of the KAP Group, responsible for developing technologies used by the KAP Group and manufacturing the machinery needed to construct KAP Group products, alongside providing specialised machinery for independent customers. As for the Aamotech Technologies collaboration with GFWFA Varinco, it is satisfying to read the results of the general vote and discover that the collective Variotan Parliament approves of the deal. Ms Aamot of Aamotech Technologies wishes for me to express her deepest gratitude to the Variotan Parliament for covering the immediate cost of the Prymontian side of the deal to speed up the process, and has offered an interest value on the return payment of zero point zero two percent (0.02%) as a token of thanks. Aamotech Technologies also appreciates the process of freeing up the production lines within GFWFA Varinco to further accelerate the process. In return, Aamotech Technologies has arranged for the shipment of their current moulds used to manufacture aerial weaponry to Het Huisselant Variota to quicken the development process for GFWFA Varinco, and will convert any Prymontian measurement units into the Variotan equivalent. Mock-up versions of the Smidigstråle and Lysstråle (Sparrow F-D) units will also be sent to GFWFA Varinco for physical analysis, as opposed to technical documents to further aid GFWFA Varinco in the development and manufacturing process. Aamotech Technologies hopes to maintain the current standard of weaponry on the units, with the option for GFWFA Varinco to make minor improvements as they see fit. Unfortunately, due to the request of the United States of Prymont Air Force, the Krigstråle will not be made available for modification. Yours sincerely, Lorraine Duval Forreign Affairs Minister of the United States of Prymont 1 Link to comment
