Dear Sir and/or Madam,

The government of the Klan Reiefer Gebiet and our Ministry of Klan Affairs has been searching for a replacement of the Klan Reiefer Fliegmagt's aging compliment of trainers. While browsing throughout the Aamotech Technologies catalog of available military trainers, we have come upon the capable aircraft called the Smidigstråle. While competitors offer aircraft that operate within similar brackets of capability, we feel that the versatility shown within the aircraft's armaments will allow the KRF to maintain a capable fleet of trainers that can also be used in different roles, such as a light attack role. This will allow the Fliegmagt to reach a higher level of versatility than it has now.

Before we make a purchase however, we would like to receive the opportunity to examine a Smidigstråle unit in order to see if it's actual capabilities and possibilities are similar to the ones claimed within the catalog. Whether this opportunity comes through the arrival of a Smidigstråle demonstration unit within the Klan Reierfer Gebiet or through the visitation of the United States of Prymont is unimportant, so long as said opportunity comes. Should the product be approved by those in control of the purchase orders, we are willing to very quickly move towards the negotiation for the acquisition of twenty-eight Smidigstråle units. While we may understand that this order takes a lower priority, due to the Klan Reierfer Gebiet's relatively small nature and stature, we hope that we can seize opportunity and move quickly towards a trade deal. We shall prefer fulfilling payment fully in Variotan Waarttemun, although we can arrange for partial or complete payment in another currency if required.

Thank you for contacting Aamotech Technologies. Your interest in the Smidigstråle unit has been noted, and we thank you for such interest. After liaising with my superiors and external parties, Aamotech Technologies can offer a private aerial demonstration of nine (9) Smidigstråle units in collaboration with the United States of Prymont Air Force Yellowjack Aerobatic Team. The Yellowjack Aerobatic Team was founded in 1996, and has been popular across the globe with their superb aerial demonstrations in the iconic yellow livery. 

After corresponding with the USPAF and the YAT, we have been able to pre-schedule a performance within Variota for the relevant people to observe the capabilities of the Smidigstråle unit as an advanced trainer aircraft. A demonstration of its light attack capabilities would require further notice - however, Aamotech Technologies would be more than happy to provide you with comprehensive technical documents on this matter. 

On the topic of payment, naturally Aamotech Technologies would prefer full payment in the Prymontian Prynd - however, a 50/50 compromise can be made.

After consulting with the various men and women on our side that are in charge of facilitating the possible purchase, we have found no faults in the terms as stated in your letter. After the aerial demonstrations of the United States of Prymont Air Force Yellowjack Aerobatic Team and as our offices have received the technical documents on it's attack capabilities, with our experts and a consultation team of the Algmeiner Waafen Fabrikatie Asosiasjie (General Weapon Fabrication Association) beginning on forming a report on their findings, we feel willing and able to begin negotiations in regards to the price.

A 50/50 payment is acceptable, although we are willing to provide for a ratio more favourable to the Prymontian Prynd if that aids us in regards to getting a price reduction. The eventual transaction itself shall be done through the Nasionale Ohferheits Bank fan Het Huisselant (National Governmental Bank of The Homeland), which shall release the funds once the deal has been positively handled and sealed.

Dear Mr Reierfer,

I represent all on behalf of Aamotech Technologies and the United States of Prymont Yellowjack Aerobatic Team when I say we are most pleased that you found the demonstration satisfactory, and are proceeding to the next step in the purchase. Everyone at Aamotech Technologies will strive to streamline this process for you and to deliver the required Smidigstråle units to your nation as soon as possible.

In regards to payment, the transaction will be processed by the Bank of Prymont, the central bank of the United States. Aamotech Technologies will require a deposit payment, fully in Prymontian Prynds, of 20% of the final amount. This provides the company with adequate funding to acquire any necessary resources and cover the transit costs of the units to Het Huisselant Variota. The remaining 80% will be paid once the units are in transit.

With a 50/50 payment method, the final cost for 28 (twenty eight) would amount to β600,000,000 (six hundred million). However, a more favourable 70/30 method would reduce this cost to β495,000,000 (four hundred and ninety five million). Payment purely in Prymontian Prynds would further reduce the cost to β400,000,000 (four hundred million).

We hope that we can see the first Smidigstråle unit arrive in our territory within a short period, so that we can start the weapon fitting and training that are required for their proper use. The remaining eighty percent of the bill shall be paid in a timely fashion once we receive confirmation in regards to the units being in transit towards our territory. After discussion with senior management figures, Aamotech Technologies accept the final conditions in your previous email. You will find a contract attached to review and return to us. 

Once Aamotech Technologies have been informed of the security of the deposit transaction, 1 (one) Smidigstråle unit will be immediately dispatched to Het Huisselant Variota for your organisation to begin work on. If you are satisfied with the product, 7 (seven) further units we have in surplus will be sent together. The remaining 20 (twenty) units will undergo construction and will hopefully be with you shortly.

In what was surely a planned event, the Variotan representative returned the signed contract just as the money had been transferred to the Bank of Prymont. Once the remaining currency had been successfully exchanged into Prynds, the first of twenty eight Smidigstråle jets was prepared for takeoff. As was customary with Aamotech purchases, the order would be flown by USPAF pilots to their destination, to show that the machinery was in working order and to ensure that any niggling issues were ironed out before delivery. 

The 20% deposit gave Aamotech more than enough profit over just one unit, so if Variota did back out for whatever reason, they wouldn't lose out. However, the Prymontian aerospace manufacturer had faith in their Alharu friends, and the remaining seven jets in surplus were placed on standby for takeoff. Meanwhile, work had already begun on the final twenty jets, with materials being sourced locally at the highest of standards. 

Once Variotan officials confirmed that they were satisfied with the unit they'd received, the next batch were sent out. Upon confirmation of their takeoff the remaining 80% of the purchase was transferred, cementing what was a great deal for Aamotech Technologies. The construction process was slightly sped up to keep their customers happy, and only months later were the final twenty units delivered. 

In the end, it was just another day of business for Aamotech Technologies, Prymont's finest.
