I would like to set up first contact between us in RP, and this might involve an attempted assasination attempt on my leader's life during a state visit which will start off my civil war. First contact will be strange and involve my navy unloading gifts and trying to take people home so we can learn the new language of whoever we contact. Second contact will involve the establishment of proper communications along with the ?HF gaining majority support in the Senate. Third contact would involve a state visit and the attempt to kill the current Emperor, which would have been blamed on the foreigners, except the would be assasin got caught by the foreign security forces after detonating a bomb.
