The APL (Agence Presse Lyrie) is an independent and public organism in charge of collecting, investigating, sorting out, verify, confirm and publish news in a neutral, impartial and autonomous form.

The APL have been created in 1767 following the First Revolution, it was known at the time as the ARR, Agence R?publicaine de Renseignement, having as only purpose to share news to the people which were mostly illiterate at the time and lock in their countryside. Being disbanded and re-established as the different forms of Government succeeded, the ARR changed many times names, from the AIR (Agence Imp?riale de Renseignement), the ARP (Agence R?publicaine de Renseignement), the ARN (Agence de Renseignement National), the APN (Agence Presse Nationale) and finally in 1903, the APL (Agence Presse Lyrie).

Today, the APL is consisted of 590 employees, from which more then 500 on the terrain, reporting and investigating in the heaviest impartiality possible, with its employees being forbidden from making any political statements or taking part in conflicts, which is very much aligned in the Lysian Governmental line of attending to all the tables.

The 17 to the 23 July, the annual Salon Aérospatiale organised by Aérospatiale will take place at the private Trinité Airport. The event will naturally put forward Aérospatiale latest planes and developments, but the show is expected to naturally host foreign representations as usual.

On the other hand, Aérospatiale have promised to ?show consequent advances in re-usable rockets? along ?a more modern, sophisticated and advanced airliner?. For the first part, rumours about a reusable rocket isn't from yesterday, with some programs already have been successful on that matter, while Aérospatiale officially responded with Ariane VI which is planned for a first flight in 2020, and first commercial one in 2022, very much late compared to its main competitors, which is why the development of a quick and optimised launcher which would be re-usable is always a possibility. However, rumours aren't very specific, with an ex from the Aérospatiale stating that? [the company] never lose interest in lowering space cost. Before they had the monopole with Ariane V, but with those private companies, they understood in 2010 the need to develop their own... The ultimate weapon in some way [laugh]?.

For the second part, we may maybe expect a NGAM (Nouvelle G?n?ration Aérodynamique et Moteur) for the Magenta, which would be a major hit in the airliners sector, even if the Magenta-NGAM was and is still today planned for 2020 said officials. Question is then what to expect, the Concorde-NGAM promised since the last 10 years? Or a longer version of the Autun? Many questions which we will have to wait until July to get responses.

It is confirmed, the 124th debate in the National Assembly about the Contestation of the Concorde Embargo shall take place, this is the first debate on this matter since the great debates which heavily divided the National Assembly back in 2012. However, this time might be different for multiples reasons. The Président du Conseil Mécra, appointed by the National Assembly earlier this year came in the National Assembly with a massive majority of 43 seats on 50 seats with his party 'Société Ouverte' which promote a very open liberalism.

The Embargo put in place in 1979, one year before the Concorde make its first commercial flight. At those times the heavy conservatives were in place and wished to protect Lysian advanced technology compared to other nations, as aerospatial remain the number one job creator in the Republic. The same for the Éclair which was prohibited from export from 1982 to 1999, finally ended to the great demand for market, the small economical troubles Fleur de Lys had at the time along, and most importantly because of the release of the Éclair D.

Similar factors may be observed today, an increasing demand for faster commercial planes, economical turmoil starting to appear in Fleur de Lys along the soon release of the Concorde NGAM. Even if at the time of the Éclair D, the heavy conservateurs were out and let the conservateurs in charge, voting for the suspension of the ban of export against their will for good reasons, today the National Assembly have a overwhelming majority of liberals, which in addition to the foreign demand for the plane shall make the suspension of the ban a formality most experts estimate.

The National Assembly in this morning has decided to finally lift the Concorde Ban-Export which have been put in place in 1979, ending 38 years of the ban. The debate has been rather fast after the announcement on Sunset Sea Islandian side its intention to buy a total of 5 aircraft with Concorde NGAM.

After 124 debates on that matter and a final one for the vote, this shows how much the Party Société Ouverte of Président du Conseil Mécra owns the Parliament, at 43/50 seats. The vote hasn't been close, that's what we may at least say, with 45 votes in favour of the end of the ban, 3 neutral and only 2 against, a total re-draw of the political spectrum as the last vote in 2012 have been only 18 in favour, 4 neutral and 28 against. Président du Conseil Mécra, the one having been pushing this wave since his nomination last June commented “This is a great step towards further globalisation, it is a pleasure to work with our ISTC partners, the Sunset Sea Islandians, we hope their decision will be followed by others, even non-ISTC members”, while in comparaison Président Autun, even if his office ask impartiality, have stated “We may only be celebrating such decision” while he voted against it as Deputé in 2012, pursuing with “However we need to question such decision if those highly advanced technologies were to fall in the bad hands”.

34 billion, this is the cost invested for the first wave of the Concorde (including 4 prototypes) before being produced in 27 to its definitive version in 1989, 2 for the Lysian Government and 25 for Air France. In 2000, an upgraded version is decided due to the large cost of such plane and its lesser profitability then other planes, the replacement of the 25 Air France Concorde by the Concorde AR is a reason for diminishing the fleet, with around 900 million Francs the Concorde AR. Today, because of the sky-rocketing demand for supersonic flights, the order of 5 Concorde is expected to cost Sunset Sea Islandians around 750 million the plane, however due to massive investment by the Lysian Government and Air France expecting to order firmly a total of 25 (from which 5 already have been confirmed), the price may go down from 350 to 500 million the plane depending on how many orders are placed, far from the 900 millions of the Concorde AR. The first Concorde-NGAM is expected to be delivered in early December to Air France, a second plane shall follow in late January and is expected to be delivered to the Lysian Government, however, question about changing the delivery to Sunset Sea Islands as a polite gesture is expected following rumours.

Indeed, 2017 is expected to be a great year for Aérospatiale, but 2018 is going to be the year for concreting its dream, with not only the Concorde-NGAM and Magenta-NGAM, the last one which is in testing period, but one of Aérospatiale subsidiary, Breguet Moteurs announced a brand new reactor, the M-55 (while the M-53 has known a major success and is just in early industrial production) is expected to lower fuel cost up to 15%! Certainly not for supersonic planes like Concorde, but more for a Magenta, Magne or Autun-like. The motor is naturally still in its early stage, and expect to be fully operational in 2030, however in the released statement, this motor is expected to be electrical compatible, expecting new ways for Aérospatiale future planes.

A tribune wrote by a Consultant in Aerospace (in no case this tribune reflect in any way the APL redaction position, nor does caution such tribune. This tribune is being published in line with #MACP-XI-B-XXII-I) :

In this month of Nivôse, or ending December for those following the gregorian calendar instead of the metric calendar, Pierre d’Amprès didn’t knew how prevent himself from delaying an occasional press conference. Effectively as newly appointed PDG of Aérospatiale, having took officially office back in June 2017 with heavy support from Parti Société Ouverte of Mécra, since the company shares are mostly State-owned, he showed many promises, which he almost got most completed, with for example the lifting of the ban on Concorde exportations, as the release of the Concorde NGAM have been introduced at the Air Show in early July, something perfectly completed. Since taking his Presidency over the Aérospatiale Group, which naturally consist of a dozen subsidiaries with the most renown for Breguet Moteur along taking up for 67% alone of the Lysian economy relying on it, Monsieur d’Amprès have also created emotions in the senate as he reported previsions for the company for the 2020-2030 decade, announcing heavy investments in research but also planning a beautiful health. His press conference have been called only 9 hours before its flow. Let us detail some quotes of his announcement along give better explanations by our experts, here, at the redaction.

We are today more then happy to announce you that the Aérospatiale company will officially put in service the first Concorde NGAM to the @Sunset Sea Islands , the first of the 15 established pre-orders for the moment, counting three different countries as customers. The plane which is the only reliable one on the market, will allow an economy of 8% of fuel and 6% more passenger capacities compared to the Concorde AR” he addressed, being, and he may, proud of this announcement, even if more orders were expected and that the success for the moment remained limited, he hoped that with such legitimate air companies buying the plane, the plane would know maybe later a better sell. For the moment the Lysian Government have always support the Concorde Program even if back in 2010 cuts have been made, Mécra’s Government seems more then confident in the abilities of such Program, and have showing his will to pursue it, mostly by confirmed the Governmental acquisition of 2 Concorde NGAM in order to replace the 40 years old Concorde today in service in the Governmental Fleet. “Files on the Magenta are also promising” he quickly commented, not reporting any news on the NGAM remasterisation of the Magenta which following reliable sources, while the Autun have been knowing a rather great success for exports at the July Air Show, “Units will be delivered on time” he added on the Autun NGAM. “Éclair C production are to be pursued until 2021 thanks to Astriedan order of 30 units with latests technologies and developments. The Mirage production however which have been ended in 2002 will now have its units fully put in reserve, while the Rafale production shall pursue until 2028 by which, the Spectre shall be officially active” he slip, giving finally after months of suspicions a name on the next late-5th Generation fighter Aérospatiale have been developing, however no public calendar have been showed which question us about the agenda, knowing that even if no other fighters are under development, the 5th version of the Rafale is still under work and the Aquila Program that Monsieur d’Amprès announced later just began with other partners. “Aquila Program, standing for “Appareil Qualité pour Utilité, Intervention, Logistique et Attaque” have been started in cooperation with GAE Systems and Syndustries and shall represent the future of drones forces of the Force de l’Air and many other armed forces. The program total cost for the moment have been of 504 millions Francs, and is shared at 33% parts, and will totally respond to the specifications launched by the Force de l’Air for the acquisition of drones” he ensured, which naturally shall question us about the usage of such technology, and with that many partners. Generally, most Aérospatiale projects have been made internally, and such cooperative project might come because of its innovation in fields the Aérospatiale does not control to the perfection, with artificial intelligence being involved along distant-controls, many sophisticated techniques which aren’t developed in a day. Rumours had came that the Aérospatiale firstly wished to develop this jointly with the Sunset Sea Islands, but because of their peaceful stances naturally declined. The Aquila is planned to be a hit, not only because of its international development, but also because it will include three savoir-faire and technological advantages of specialised companies. Most probably Aérospatiale hopes that Breguet Électronique shall get experience from that project in order to rely on it for the development of the Spectre, which, with such name, have given many suspicious with absolutely no files or specifications being transmit other then an idea and now, a name. “We are willing to equip our next planes, not in a decade, but next year, with the latest technologies when coming to safety and AI” he added on the last matter, making think of a potentially ongoing negotiations with a major group specialised in such field, to which Breguet Électronique wouldn’t be enough. “The ongoing development of the M-55 is one of our priority, and shall remain, until it equips every plane on this planet…” Monsieur d’Amprès started, “However, we are not to forget our illustrious Mach 2 past and present machines” he admitted suspense. “Two Projects are today ongoing to be a legitimate heir to the Concorde, and by surpassing it at Mach 4 for civilian transportation system, respectively the Lattre and the Zèvre” giving naturally details on where those were developed, as those two were respectfully, like the Concorde, the name of a little village around Aérospatiale’s Research and Testing Center, a tradition which have been standing for civilians planes since long. A heir to the Concorde yes, but at no cost? Effectively, such research are to be heavily Governmentally funded, which is why we think at one point or another, or one of the two will have to be aborted, or be supported financially by other organisations. However, the question of why two different projects have been brought up by a journalist during the Q&A, but Monsieur d’Amprès refused to give a clear answer to that question, which make us clearly see in a first look, a waste of time, energy and taxpayers money. Ending his conference on such high-risk project is certainly a good marketing, but doesn’t say the wealth of Aérospatiale, which have known a lack of orders and entries since the last few months with Air France last orders trying to fill in the hole. The future remain uncertain, and we are more then willing to inform the dear Lysians taxpayers.

The Ministère des Affaires Intérieures et Économiques (Ministry of Interior) launched an operation today in the capital of Lyrie, in order to occupy with force a total of 36 restaurants. Those restaurants have been closed by force by Lysian Authorities, with the Police and the Gendarme intervening directly. Reason behind those simultaneous operations in order to close those restaurants have been advanced by the Ministry as “false advertising”, “disrespect to honour” alongside “an attack to Lysian traditions”, as effectively the said 36 restaurants were managing the meals they were doing with frozen food, easier to “cook” so to say. “Unfortunately, this kind of practice is rising among restaurants, not only in Fleur de Lys, but worldwide. Those are not only disrespectful for their customers, which are for most, tourists, but also insulting our History, and threatening on the long-term the health of their customers” announced the Minister of Interior, in a joint declaration with the Minister of Culture. “A Commission shall be created in order to make a cleaning, and a Division in the Institut de la Gastronomie shall be permanently created and maintained by our two Ministries, in order to do regular investigations on all restaurants in Lysian territory, and tracking down those using such illegitimate methods which are a shame to our nation, and to their clients” added later the Minister of Culture. “The 36 restaurants are just a beginning” admitted for ending the joint declaration the Minister of Interior, as the 36 restaurants are to be permanently closed.

This is a constant war the Government have been doing since the 70’s against such unfair methods, giving not only to younger generations eating in those place, a lack of bon-goût, but also making considerable margins with cheap products, not even worst to eat in fact. In the 80’s, measures have been taken for example against fast-foods, by closing them all through police intervention, as they were considered unhealthy and totally disrespectful to Lysian culture. In the 2000’s the construction of 5 fast-foods throughout the country have been authorised and remains the only ones to this day. The companies managing them have been constraining to make their menu, products and prices be approved by the Institut de la Santé and the Institut de la Gastronomie.

The price is to be heavy for those not following the approved lines and wishing to make easy money. Effectively, the owners of the restaurant are expected to pay a fine of 300 000 Francs, to more than 10 million, along threaten to potentially be condemned of at least 1 year of jail. Servers, along ““cuisiniers”” also will have this be put in their files, being criticised for the lack of ethics they have shown and their negligence. Decisions and condemnations have been approved nation-wide, as the main argument remains, “You do not know that when you enter such restaurant, if we can even call this a restaurant anymore, that for that price, that ambiance, and that service, you are going to eat fresh product in the frozen sense of the term” commented the Député de la XXXIIIème Circonscription Jeanseau during a hearing in the Assemblée Nationale.

This message is a Statement of Son Excellence le Dictateur Mécra, which is in alignment with #MACP-XI-B-XXII-I, in no case this statement reflect in any way the APL redaction position, nor does caution such tribune, it is because of the #C-XIII-F-XXIV-I that the APL redaction as a Lysian media is enforced to diffuse this Statement.

Today, the Assemblée Nationale confederated me the Dictateur Authority, something not saw since 1945 and the dissolution of the Union Pan-Républicaine. I am truly aware of the honour which is mine, no one may express words describing the emotion I am currently feeling. The task which has become mine, is now with certitude, being categorised as impossible to be solved by our only Republic while remaining with our current set of rules and means. The help of our neighbour, of @Cristina and @Magnaeus , with which we have currently ongoing negotiations about further an open economic association, is more than fully under consideration. But our Republic cannot wait, and there are other options at our disposal, which I affirm you that we shall use them all, making me call for a meeting with the 4 other ex-core Sister Republics in order to manage a common answer to the crisis currently touching our dear Republic. Diplomatic telegrams have been sent to Bellefaye, Neaumanin, Danebourg and Mauvin, inviting them to Concorde in hope of finding a resolution for the sake of our Republic.

Earlier this morning the Protectrice Maréchal have given a statement about her plans for ensuring a proper unification of the Ministers and cohesion in the Union. The name of the program have been entitled “Plan Cinq”, in reference to the 5 Républiques Sœurs, but also because of this Program to 5 main sectors, which are the following the Protectrice’s statement: Education, Healthcare, Defense, Diplomacy and Infrastructure.

The transition of the current and various administrations is expected to cost about 60 billions changes for this program to happens in 5 years, just to ensure the stability of the Union. This includes also many economies in the future, estimated 30 billion annual economies, with major fields enjoying putting in common means and also centralising.

The Protectrice Raphaëlle Maréchal have been giving a Statement, in which the totality of the Plan Cinq, which she had worked out, with her team over a week since her election by the Congrès des Assemblées. Following this statement, a private Q&A have been organised with the Protectrice.

Slack%2BBay%2BMa%2BLoute%2BPhotocall%2B6

For the first part, you’ve stated that mainstream lines of the education’s program shall be defined and applied throughout the Union, does this mean that the respective Républiques Sœurs shall have no more right to say their word?

RM : As a matter of fact, it is my firm belief that the Union shall have the full authority to define the objectives of each school ship years. We do not wish to limit homeschool or alternative-educations schools, but to, however, have stricter regulations, which are mostly targeting religious schools which are an insult to our institutions.

You’re targeting directly a certain group, is this not discriminatory?

RM : In accordance with the future Union’s legislation planned in this Plan, we will just be able to give stricter criteria for maintaining open a school or not. The purpose behind this is to prevent any manipulations to the children, which is pretty common in what we may see today, inculcate the false belief in a god. The respective Républiques Sœurs are atheist, not laïc. It is then the duty of the Union to enforce strong legislation on any possible manipulation of this kind.

What about subsidies?

RM : All previous funds given to subsidies other schools shall be redirected towards public school. Private schools in every sense of the term shall naturally pursue their existence, the same as homeschool, however, no special funds are to be expected, even if for the case of homeschool, inspections are very much maintained.

And the future of Education?

RM : The new Ministère des Affaires Éducatives et Scientifiques shall have in permanence new ongoing project, in order to seek new methods of education, with the child being at the centre. This can truly be a fear, to see a full public education, with nobody challenging its system, which is why an Institute shall be created for this purpose, the Institut de Recherche Pédago-Méthodique.

Right. What about healthcare?

RM : Our will is to, at the same time cure, which is what most of the organism in the Républiques Sœurs have been doing from now, but also prevent, with for example the enforcement of 10 vaccines mandatory for new-born, the same as a law, planning in case of pressure crisis, the enforcement of a vaccine.

Is this not against an individual’s rights?

RM : “Ma liberté s'arrête où commence celle d’autrui”.

This Maxime des Lumières is your sole defense?

RM : This is not a defense, but an enforcement of the Déclaration des Droits de l’Homme, de la Femme et du Citoyen.

You often use the term enforcement.

RM : It is because of the great delay our respective Républiques have been taking, in all sectors if you look well. Let us just take the Lysian speciality, aerospace. The sole civilian program, out of the Diamant-Launcher program which is run by the military, is in the hands of the ISCT; a 5th generation fighter isn’t even released yet, and the Concorde NGAM have found only 4 customers for a total of 15 sales. We may surely turn the situation at our advantage, however, enforcement of those reforms is needed, and that’s what the Plan Cinq is all about.

Talking about Fighters, what about the Defense?

RM : Major fusion is going, which shall be bringing us vast areas of economies, which I am sure our budget shall appreciate. This will allow the overall manpower of the Républiques Sœurs given to the military to be slow down, and enjoying of this measure to have the military service suspended in all the Républiques Sœurs, as a matter of fact, only Mauvin and Fleur de Lys, which are the only two to have kept it.

You intend to stop the military services?

RM : Yes, this is something of the past. No one shall ever have to carry a gun if he or she doesn’t wish to.

Have you made your military service in Mauvin?

RM : Naturally, as the République asked me. Understand me, it’s not against the military, but the military service is counter-productive, it costs a lot, get citizens to take time in this -even if they don’t like it-. I see only negative factors, and with the Union having a single military command, I see threats to be less major then before when each Républiques was “playing” alone.

This Plan Cinq include also the prohibition of duels, why?

RM : Duel is only banned in Danebourg, and it's actively practised in Bellefaye and Mauvin. I firmly believe, we can today settle issues better through a court than through swords. Our Union, if it wishes to be a modern nation, needs to end those traditions, and look at the future.

And what about nuclear weapons?

RM : Following the dissolution of Union in 1945, the nuclear research program for achieving weapons, the Allies have successfully dissolved the all the possibilities of pursuing it, mostly after having used it once… Add to this the split of the Union in Républiques, making it impossible to pursue the achievement such thing. And I do not intend to go any further, nuclear weapons are against Laws of Civilised. However, we intend to pursue with the RP-III.

Talking about the RP-III, the planned cost of one reactor was of 3 billions Francs, it went up to 10,3 billions, the Plan Cinq plan to pursue the development of those, and even have their number at a total of 35. Why?

RM : We need to ensure the electrical consumption of the Union, and have it be stable. Renewable energies are something we invest in, surely, but it’s not enough to ensure the future of our Union. Those 10,3 billions Francs per reactor you’re quoting, are only for the first 3 reactors, as they include heavy research costs. On the middle-term, it will be way more profitable than any other form of energy production. We also keep research budget to works towards the achievement of nuclear fusion technology, which would revolutionise not only our energy production, but also the space exploration.

Are you planning any variants of our armed forces?

RM : The Military shall remain with an Europan Strategy in mind, no need for projecting our forces overseas. Even if the threat of Derthalen is still very lively in our hearts, it is a distant threat, and we can take measures with our current military to counter if necessary, or even just our economy to break the neck of those trading with the terrorist Nation of Derthalen, sanctions shall be taken towards those.

This will surely influence the Union’s diplomacy?

RM : We expect yes. We wish to remain very active diplomatically and send our missions wherever it is possible. However, we do not wish to support any kind of organisation which is promotion directly or indirectly the restriction of liberties or any attack against the Venège Convention or the Déclaration des Droits de l’Homme, de la Femme et du Citoyen.

And infrastructure, this seems to be the key element of your Plan Cinq. You have planned to nationalise the railways?

RM : Railways are going to be nationalised, and be entirely changed. One unique society will manage all of this, Inouïe. An investment of 30 billions is planned on 3 years, with an additional 15 for the 2 years after. This has as purpose to development new connexions within the Union, along introducing the AVG in service. Those upgrades shall also concern regional and departmental connexions. At the end of this reform period, 49% of the shares of the company shall be sold on the public market, while 51% will remain at the Union’s name.

What about air companies?

RM : Nationalised too. Air France mainly, the Lysian air company, which is the leading one in the Union currently, shall take the place. The same as Inouïe, it shall sell 49% of its share after the 6 years transition period.

Thank you for those promising statements, we need to see the actions after the words, however.

RM : Merci for this interview. Be sure, those words shall not remain orphans.

The République Sœur of Mauvin reported last night on its official website a short communiqué, affirming that an unidentified object had effectively violated its airspace on the Lysian border, and this affirmation was based on the reconnaissance of ground troops seeing a bi-reactor plane (deduction from watching 2 streaks) with certainly no delta-wings, which is the brand of Aérospatiale planes. Few minutes after, the communiqué has been deleted from the official website of Mauvin, but too late for Internet users which with some of their RSS flux had seen the information.

Following this, the République Sœur of Mauvin have given no news, while the Président du Conseil Mécra, which have been noticed of the news, proposed his help to Mauvin, in waiting of agreements to be voted in the Congrès of the Union in order to finally settle and start the transition of the military command of the Union, for Lysian patrols in Mauvin to prevent any airspace violation.

Questions have been addressed to the Conseil of Mauvin, with no answer. This have concerned the Députés of the Assemblée Nationale of Mauvin, which have called for a public session to be held on this specific matter, and ask the military accounts and reports on the situation, and how such thing, if proven true, may have happened with Mauvin military and civilian radar not catching the signature of such unidentified object.

L’Assemblée Générale des Syndicats, this is to what has called in the various Républiques Sœurs Président du Conseil of Neaumanin, the Socialist Luc Crolly. Effectively, the new Protectrice seems to have troubles passing the famous Plan Cinq, with fierce adversaries, including the three following Parties: Parti Conservateur, Parti Traditionnaliste and Parti Société Ouverte. Only two parties have supported the Plan, the Parti Radical, which remains weak on its official stance, and for the moment support Protectrice Maréchal as she’s a leading Member of the Party, and the Parti Socialiste, which Président du Conseil Crolly leads in Neaumanin. However, even if two Assemblées Nationales, of Neaumanin and Mauvin respectively are supporting the Plan, with Bellefaye in-between, their demographics are insignificant compared to the heavy Danebourg, which alone represents 33% of the total’s Union population.

DSC_0047.jpg&q=0&b=1&p=0&a=1

Président du Conseil of Neaumanin Luc Crolly, making a speech for strikers in Danebourg yesterday

The situation was unsustainable, as it makes nearly 3 weeks that the Plan is being debated in the Congrès, however during this time, the entire Union waste an estimated 10 million Francs a day. Crolly has declared that “actions need to be taken. Opposition Parties are just good to oppose, but certainly not propose, or build something. Therefore, I am calling for pushing a Pan-Républicain movement, the Assemblée Générale des Syndicats in Danebourg”. This would be calling for a general strike in Danebourg organised by the Parti Socialiste and its allies in order to protest against the statu quo the Danebourgeois Députés have forced there, as it remains clear that Lysians Députés for their parts, are well-establish on their position and the Parti Socialiste having little influence over there, making the target of Danebourg a target of choice.

The strikes would mostly concern the administration and manufacture sectors, however, in a communiqué, the public railway system has announced that 2 of its syndicates have joined the talks. Estimated 50 000 people will be on strike for tomorrow, and around 200 000 next week, which may well force the tax administration to slow down for this year, as effectively if a large part of the administration stops working, Danebourg would receive with great delay its tax revenues, which may put in a hard situation the balanced Danebourgeois budget, which remains to this day the only profitable among the 5 Républiques Sœurs (of 123 millions Francs only). Présidente du Conseil Marine Rostelsa have announced that drastic measures are to be taken if the strike was to prolong more then a week, and have the police being deployed to ensure the safety of the cities that will have those manifestations, and called for peaceful walking, while it is estimated that 54% of the Danebourgeois understand the strikes and support them, not tolerating the statu quo that Rostelsa had imposed.

Bellefaye, where it is currently a draw for the two major tendencies about the Plan Cinq, has for its part had his President du Conseil Amadeurt be against the Plan Cinq, calling for establishing a new Protecteur. Something which shall be easy, as effectively, Protectrice Maréchal certainly have been appointed to the office, but may at any time be removed through a Motion of the Congrès, but more importantly, in waiting of the Plan Cinq which shall define the working of the Union, didn’t had the possibility of forming a single Government. However, Bellefaye may also be the target of strikes itself, as earlier this day, farmers blocked a major highway linking to the capital and called also on their part for a blockade of the capital, in protestation of the subsidies for agriculture being stopped as long as no solution for the organisation of the Union -which Plan Cinq propose an answer to- is not defined.

For those not remembering the meaning of those 5 special days (6 in leap years) it had as first purpose for the designers of the calendar, to consist of filling the number of lacking days in the year, as effectively, a week (or Décade) is composed of 10 days in the Metric Calendar, with 3 Décade of 10 days each creating a month. Those 5 days, happen at the end of the year and are all holidays days, where the nation party for the totality. Each day have a special theme, on which special activities and games are organised nation-wide. It is the occasion for the entirety of the nation to celebrate the memory of the 1789 Revolution and to celebrate the nation.

Effectively, it is estimated that during those 5 days, as much as 3 months of “usual alcohol consumption” is drunk, the 5 days compose about 57% of the total fireworks used in a year, and main cities being totally closed for cars, but also accounts for a growth of 1 090% in noise complain along also some crimes happening, with more then 50 rapes registered last years, and 20 cars burnt for last year as an example. Note: With permission I wrote this parody of Orioni’s TV show for the region. He’s been using John Oliver, and that’s a character I wanted to make fancy things with this. This is only self-mockery and it have as sole purpose to make laugh.

« Oh bonsoir APL, you’ve just been hacked; no need to thanks me ».

« Hello, I’m Jean Olivier, welcome to last 3 months tonight, or, if we were associated with Air France, would be to called, better late than never » [laughs], « Talking about Air France, tonight, we’re going to talk about one of the most loved and hated country in Europa… Fleur de Lys, or as we shall say if we were as annoying as them, Lily Flowers. Oh that’s right, that heavy aircraft, is a little bee going from lily to lily. », referring to the Bee, being Fleur de Lys’ national animal.

« Now, Lysian savoir faire and excellence in annoying and hating people is well-known, particulaaarrly, Monarchies. Now the issue remains that there are so many examples that you can’t name one, but let us refresh your memory », the show would pass an extract of a television journalist talking « The I.S.T.C. have finally finished the construction of the Simon Station, a great technological advancement and achievement made, following the ratification of the Antargis Treaty, such thing done thanks to the great investment of the Sunset Sea Islands and certain expertise of Prymontian in such extreme weather conditions, a proof of the great cooperation that the young organisation have showed towards the entire World. The Station have been named Simon Station, in honour to the murdered Heir of the Sunset Sea Islands, another honour have been given to the father of this one, King Tomasso which shall see the land on which the Station have been built, wear its name », the clip would stop, and Oliver take back the screen, « And yes, that is perfectly fine, and honorable, to name such great project after great people which have defended and leaded their nation, but now this happened », the stopped clip would then pursue, « Only issue, the Lysian Translation of those names... Respectively renamed Station Alpha and Terre Liberté » would end up the journalist, as pictures of the Station with the two different names was shown. « OH MY GOD! That is just unbelievable! Names of a murdered Royal, and his father which suicided a week after from sadness, being given to great projects and a promising future, are now being translated as “Alpha” and “Liberté” in Lysian. Now, I got it, you may interpret it as “Oui doze not wiche two have naïme of a mûrdered and suicidal personne on a building oui participated”, but there it’s just about respect… » commented Olivier, as he had tried to do his best Lysian accent. « But okay, I got it, you think. But no, it’s not an isolated case » he said with a desperate tone, as a new clip would start, with a journalist speaking in a microphone in front of a business area, « Non-Lysian companies have serious issues getting in daily Lysian life. Main reason? The Metric System » she would conclude, before passing to a person for interviewing him, « I founded a company, we’re 20 now, and Fleur de Lys is a potential market, but all the regulations when coming to the usage of the metric system is a real pain. I mean, we must even use the Metric Calendar! You’d think that’s the worst, but it’s not, you then have the Metric Time », the clip would stop, getting back on Olivoer directly, « OH YOU MONSTER, YOU MONSTER LILY! » [laughs], « You’d even more agree with me, once you know that there are 10 days in a “Metric Week” and 10 hours in a “Metric Day” » addressed with a wink Olivoer.

« Now we get it, Lysians are really terrible, and you may just see this by how magnificently they failed their negotiations with 4 other Republics, in the idea of an Union » [laughs], « But truly, they must be loved by somebody, and even them, they must love somebody… », a new clip, this time showing Mécra would appear. « Talks in Venège are going well, as the Président du Conseil Mécra admitted that himself showed enthusiasm, and greatly enjoyed talks with Président Gerber alongside Queen Nova, which he have complimented as a “splendid” », end of the clip, back to Olivier. « Wow wow wow! Wait a second… You know, President Gerber, I got it, I mean, more or less, even if Mécra probably hate them for claiming raclette as theirs, they’re a Republic, sort of, so he enjoyed the talks, fine. But Cristina, the Monarchy? That’s awfully anti-Lysian » [laughs], « Last Monarch they enjoyed a little, got guillotined and his head on a pike, so I’m seriously questioning it… But on a second though, not much. As effectively, our theme tonight is about weirdos Lily Flower foreign policy, which have been most extravagant, with Président du Conseil Mécra travelling aboard a Concorde for a 100 km flight, or sending 10 fighters to a most pacific nation to make air patrols », the last two points, referring to, respectively, Mécra’s travel to Venège from Lyrie, and Lysian support to little armed at the time SSISDF.

« Compared to what we may first believe, all of this isn’t stupid. Except this weird accordion music and this ugly plane. No! You can’t say the most fashionable nation on Earth designed this, NO, I refuse! Only similarity with a Beluga is that it’s obviously overweight » [laughs]. « For instance, Lysian gallantry towards Cristina can just be shown like this » he retook his seriousness, and would go for another clip, this time, what seems to be a boring business show, « So latest statics, coming from the CNSI have affirmed that, 40% of Lysians exports are passing through the Free Port of Cristina », « OUNCH! » would retake Olivier, « 40% of your trade passing through a Monarchy, that must really annoy you cute Lily » he claimed, as he showed a picture of Mécra. « And the issue is, that it can be pretty widely different from a nation to another. For instance, Fleur de Lys was the first to recognise the new Ahranan Federation, which is good. However, their Ambassador there, had multiples meetings with Secretary General Greggor Ivanoff, which isn’t quite known to be a nice guy…

« But no, we also know Lysian gallantry for such situation, particularly when coming to the Lysian President, which even if homosexual, can’t really prevent himself from looking right? » he said, as the picture appeared. « But in fact, the worst is that he’s not the President, because the President is actually her. Except you’d be wrong again to think that, as it’s actually him, but no because the real President, or as they say, Le Président is him » he ended, as all kicked really fast. « But screw it, because all those guys I quoted are in fact some kind of Président, and if you count, there are actually 15 Presidents in Fleur de Lys, you understand better why it’s a critical mess. But for ending on my point, which was wide Lysian foreign policies, it also explains itself by this political instability, which makes it, and this is true, if we count since 1945, there have been on average, a Government change each 10 months. 10 MONTHS! That is crazy, and Mécra there, is in power since 16 months, which is way more than the average, and already had to do some serious compromises on his affairs, such as the failed Union’s initiative which he tried to launch back in March, which not only totally faileeeeed, but also made the 5 Republics pretty piss *ff by one another… And in fact they are so much pissed, that one of the Republic just did this » he pursued, as a clip from television about a journalist would appear, « The Assemblée Nationale of Mauvin just decided to suspend all uranium exports to Fleur de Lys and Danebourg, in answer to the Congrès the three nations took part in, a couple weeks ago, which was supposed to negotiated the construction of foundations, for a stable and strong Union. Plot-twist, it turned badly, with Députés from each sides ending insulting one another », the clip ended, « I really feeeeel terrible for Lily Flower. But you know what’s even more terrible? When 90% of your energy is coming from those uranium exports by Mauvin ».

« As you got it, Fleur de Lys, with its high debt, getting at nearly 96% of its GDP, is pretty much in bad shape, mmh have a, a very bureaucratic and slow administration, which in addition is ranked pretty low, give international engagements which it doesn’t know if it may hold on long term, and is pretty dependant when coming to the sustainability of its economy. All of this for saying that there pretty much the need of decent reforms in such country. But now… How do you wish to do reforms with 15 Presidents? Is there hope? I hope for them. With that said, I’m hoping you the best Lily Flower, and a good night to you all, or as we shall say, bonne nuit mes chéris ».
