We've largely moved all of our role-playing to the official Nationstates forums, and we do most of our social chatting on the regional message board on the Nationstates site. For real time communication, we have an IRC channel but it doesn't see much use. If you don't have a IRC client, got to Mibbit.net, select the Esper server from the drop down bar for servers, type in #NSEuropa in the channel box, change your nickname to your nation name and hit connect.
