In the light of friendship and goodwill, the Confederation would like to congratulate Poliskar on it's momentous and admirable decision to move forward in the populist direction, though we cannot help but be somewhat troubled by the seemingly sudden downturn in the economic state of affairs within your nation. In hope of stemming any further ebbing in your nation and in the interest of the welfare of those who may suffer due to this unfortunate circumstance, The Confederacy would like to offer the good people of Poliskar monetary and productive assistance.

The Confederacy would like to offer Poliskar an Economaid assistance package. This package would include monthly installments of δ2,000,000.00 (which equates to roughly one billion zloty annually), and a lending program pertaining to whatever heavy machineries and/or raw building materials (i.e. lumber, concrete, steel, copper wiring, ect.) may be necessary to modernize Poliskar's economy and maximize the productivity of the nation.

This offer is strictly on our goodwill and faith that Poliskar will continue to become a leading nation in the liberation of the working class. No debts need be accounted, and no promises need be made, except that Poliskar will continue to be a great nation for all to look up to.

As our nation heads toward it's future, we expect trouble to arise.  Our last election, being so radicalized between libertarians and socialists, was expected to yield some sort of unfavorable response no matter who won.  Although most of the economic base has deserted our fine country, we will not give up and will move forward with all the power we can muster.

Your offer of 1 billion zwoty a month without debt incurrence is not only a sign of true comraderie among nations, but a sign of a civilized and friendly nation.  Your offer to help reestablish our economic foundation is one we graciously accept and hope that the returns that we one day plan to give to you will be enough to repay you for your troubles.  From this day forward, we are proud to call you comrades.  We shall build a statue in the likeness of workers from our two glorious nations shaking hands and with a caption that will express our eternal gratitude for your nation and it's peoples.  In addition, I, Chairman Kravow, invite President Navena to come visit our fine nation and to help commemorate the statue we plan to build in the Capital Plaza of Warsaw.

Thank you for your time and care.  We are forever indebted.

It is great to know that Poliskar is a nation that does not allow pride to blind reason. We are honored by your offer to host Confederate leadership and are more than eager to attend. With this, we see an opportunity to further our good relations and would like to reciprocate by inviting Poliskar's leaders to Tarentum. This may also be an opportune time to suggest an exchange of embassies and ambassadors, as well.

We are most gracious that you have accepted our invitation, and by no means will we decline yours.  We shall schedule your visit to a time that is most convenient to you and shall make arrangements for sleeping quarters and the various tours that we plan to give to you, such as the in the Capital Plaza and the Capital Complex itself.

Please notify my Secretary of Foreign Connections, Lem Piwsudski, as soon as you know when you'd like to schedule your visit and for how long.  We can accommodate you for as long as necessary.

Thank you again, for your time and care.

Greeting, in the name of Emperor Sa'Karn and the Council of the Nine, am I, Lord Jarvis of the Second Order conveying this message to the representatives of authority within The Commonwealth of Poliskar.

In the hopes of economic growth we see another, who like us, is rebuilding to better it's people and broaden the options that the future may bring. In order to capitalize upon this need, the Fatherland is seeking out new trading partners for growth opportunities. We stand at the brink, and will alone is not enough, the lifeblood of trade is the only thing that may bring us back to our feet. Therefore, The Principality is willing to offer free ports and halved trade tariffs to Poliskar merchants. In addition, for export, we will consider Poliskar approved for military grade hardware, medical technology, and other fields beyond consumer goods should this be approved of.

Our emperor prefers face to face meetings, and we would be honored to have a delegation arrive, or vice versa if you wish us to come to you. We do await your reply.

We are overwhelmed by the amount of aid that people wish to give our country in it's time of need!  Our thanks are given to you, as is our acceptance of your oustanding offer.  We will return the favor in the best way we can, as our struggling economy has seen improvements not only since the Confederacy's aid has arrived, but due to the government reestablishing itself.

Face to face meetings are smiled upon, and I, Chairman Kravow, will be more than willing to come to your fine country with my delegation in order to discuss the issues and propositions at hand.

We are so pleased that you would help us, and it should be noted that Poliskar never forgets it's debts.

Thank you for your time and care,

Excellent. Our Emperor looks forward to a delegation from The Commonwealth with open eyes. The city-state of Horus will be the hosting ground of choice as it has been for many distinguished nations in the past, so to will it be again. Amongst the Emperor, will be the high command, from famous war heros to decorated civil leaders that have rebuilt the Fatherland after the civil war.

I speak an ode of good things, in our native language. May it bring a harvest of peace and prosperity between us.

In the name of the Emperor and the Principality,

Loyal Son of The Principality,

Lord Jarvis, Second Order, Council of the Nine,

House Tagnik Shar
