Pepsi Texaco: A country to be taken lighter than

Its come to my attention that apparently in the eyes of some of Europa's nations that I'm still a new nation. Also that my practices of endorsement re-embersement are sleezy and wrong. So tell me whatever opinion you have. If you feel I've stepped out of my bounds please explain why and what you would like to see me do.

I think people shouldn't be forced.. everyone can do with their endorsement what they like

The poll seems unnecessary now that PT has left the region. San Ba is not a UN member-state and as such cannot extend endorsements. The endorsement-seeking practices of Pepsi Texaco seemed pushy. That's not against the rules but it may betoken a lack of courtesy. As civility and diplomacy are regarded by some nations as part & parcel of endorsements, such practices are more than likely to result in a lack of "reimbursement."

If endorsing another nation is an "investment," certainly it isn't reasonable to expect a 100% return.

Yeah, yeah I guess. But I think I should state for the record that the reason I left was not because I didn't get a 100% return on my endorsements, its because Europa is filled with more than a few nations who yell and scream. They take themselves way too seriously, and have forgotten that its just a game. The finger is pointed mildly at many, but mostly at Irusia. God I hate that guy.

I am sorry about that developement. Yes, after all, I think it shouldn't be taken as seriously and there was way too much discussion about a minor topic. I never forgot that it's just a game, and Pepsi Texaco did nothing against the rules. I just stated that me personally I found it too pushy and that I consider "endorsements" as kind of democratic vote which I do not simply give to everyone who asks and I was a bit bothered by PT's repeated requests. But I never meant to insult Pepsi Texaco, if I did I am very sorry. Actually I was hoping for some new competition and interesting discussions with such a compassionate member of Europa.

 

Can't tell what quarrels you had with other members, don't know your conversations nor do I know other members well. As for me I am sad that you left, Pepsi Texaco, for such a matter. Sorry. Didn't have any problems with you personally.

 

Hope we can use our energy on more creative and enjoyable topics again.

I don't think anyone reacted to your person directly, only the way you asked for endorsments (by naming names and such) made it sound like an order. A more socially accepted alternative would be to endorse people, and ask if they would return the favor. I'm sure almost nobody would object to this kind of practices.

 

It's good to have this kind of discussion, but don't let this kind of futilities create big quarrels. Like PepsiTexaco said, it's all just a game

I know it's just a game, Pepsi Texaco, and I meant absolutely no offence to you or your person, but as others have said, and we may well have all interpreted it wrongly, but it sounded to me as if you were being slightly pushy. I have nothing against you and I am sad you left Europa. I seriously hope it wasn't because of me but I was simply stating my opinion.
