Social Democratic Confederation
I know I've drug this up before but, Alliance anyone? Seems like the LT and alliance have a couple active members left, and they aren't really funtioning as alliances or have collective interests. It might be in the interest of this cold war thing to have an alliance or two pop up to prop up the potential for the conflict. Any takers? Link to comment

Wyvoria
If your willing to take in a new nation I would like to join. I see being a new nation in this dog eat dog region is a hard thing. Link to comment
Vocenae
What gave you that idea Wyvoria? Link to comment
Miiros
Hmm, I am not sure if Miiros will join in on this now, but would like to be friendly towards the alliance. I'd like to stand alone if EOS is going under. Link to comment
Wyvoria
If it is because of me I won't join. Link to comment
Social Democratic Confederation
It isn't you, Wyvoria. See, Miiros suffers from a condition known as partial internal reflection. It happens when the index of refraction of a certain material, combined with some specific angle, allows a beam of light to both reflect and defract through the substance. In this case, Miiros is both interested and not interested at the same time. Link to comment
Social Democratic Confederation
Hey Miiros, you can suggest a different charter that would be more fit to your liking, if you like. That one up there isn't concrete. Just an idea... Link to comment
Republic of Red Iberic Workers
I think is a good treaty roughly speaking. It is a Basic and Clear defence treaty with some economic but important lines. Other thing if we could introduce some ideological requirements and other rights like social welfare, rights of the workers, etc. but it is good at least for defence. People?s Republic of Red Iberic Workers. Link to comment
Social Democratic Confederation
I think enforcing Civil rights and social welfare infringes on the sovereignty of the individual countries to run themselves. We could encourage that kind of thing and vote not to allow tyrranical dictatorships in. But, I think having an ideological aspect might scare away certain possible applicants (Miiros). Wyvoria
Civil Rights are a must you can't Tyrants run the world. Link to comment
Social Democratic Confederation
Only a few countries are despotic like so. And it's these countries we can opt not to let in. We can also encourage civil rights in general, but to enforce it specifically would be a little intrusive of an alliance body. We need a name too... Greater Europan Defense Coalition? GEDC? Akiiryu
While I am fine with you guys doing this. I suggest the following reading for all of you (a snip from our rp guide): Allies Many alliances are formed between nations, whether one-on-one alliances or a huge nation alliance. Some take these alliances a bit too lightly. When an ally is in war, you should participate in that war! You?re that nation?s friend to turn to when its in trouble. My basic point people, especially new players, don't rush into things. Indeed, I would suggest that newer players take sometime be fore joining alliances to make sure they fit your country etc. Link to comment
Wyvoria
I agree I don't think that Wyvoria can participate in war at this moment since we have basically just bought our military. However if you guys are ok with me being out of the whole me helping you out during war-time for a little bit then I will still join. Im excited to join an alliance so the wolves don't come to feed. *Note:Once i hit 100 million I think I will be able to help you guys out* Link to comment
Republic of Red Iberic Workers
I have to join the treaty, I am in war so I need it. And yes, it is normal, we can?t demand rights because it is a domestic question but we colud demand that nation defend some progressive lines, so, for example Wyvoria could not have any problem with the Alliance (the problem is the monarchy :-) it?s a joke Wyvoria. My name proposal: Greater Progressive-European Defense Coalition. About these things it is only my opinion not a requirement. Link to comment
