I understand that 'round these parts, like most of NS right now, is experiencing a shortage of activity, but as I have/had a good relationship with your Delegate, I feel I should introduce myself (again) and work from there.

 

I am Dalimbar, currently the Delegate of The North Pacific under the name Chodean Kal, a citizen of Lemuria under Dalimbar, and formerly heavily involved with the Red Liberty Alliance, specifically as their Deputy Director of Red Liberty Alliance Intelligence. I've served elsewhere in my 3 years of playing this game, but I don't know how long it would take to write it all out. In that time, I've had the privilege of meeting and discussing matters of importance with several of your (former) officials, leading me to deeming Europa as a more "power region".

 

It will be a pleasure to meet you, I'm sure.
