Christmas-themed avatar

Some if you may have noticed that I changed my avatar (not this one on the left, but that of my nations). It's red now, with nice stars and says "Merry Christmas".

I was inspired to do this by a thread I saw on another forum and thought it could a good idea to import in Europa. Editing your avatar is not that difficult and I have some examples to show you, for inspiration.

 

 

Just go ahead and get crazy. You need nothing more then simply MS Paint. I'm eager to see what all of you can come up with.

As much as this is a nice idea, I myself fly the official North Pacific flag across my nation, and changing it, even for something like Christmas, isn't something I'd like to do, considering the person who designed it has since resigned from NS. *moment of silence*

But please, please, don't force me to do art. My flag, which is not very creative, is something I've come up with some years ago. If I have to alter it now (and if it has to look good), I can present it at Christmas eve 2008....

heh, i love mucking around in paint with pics, i can usully create some pretty good ones given time and a good idea.

 

i'll see what i can come up with, althouhg my flag is mainly red and white anyway.

you dont have to be christian to celebrate christmas, i havnt been to church in 10 years, and am largly atheist, but i still celebrate it,

Uhm, this request(To Phil) really has nothing to do with Christmas but it's been something I've been trying to do lately with no sucess...is it possible you could chop the Mongolian and Swedish flag so's I can have a national flag that represents my nation better?

Lucky you, up here we're usualy trying to figure out which is the best form of transportation to get from one place to another, snowmobile or cross country skies!

@ europa, i only used paint as well, but i used it to edit pics i got off google images, although i do like the cleaness of yours compared to the graininess of mine...

ah.. well, the trick is to save'm as gif-files. That doesn't need much kb's, which allows you to make your flag bigger. Also, gifs are indeed more clear then jpegs. There's a little disadvantage, sometimes the colours change a bit (mostly the piture darkens a bit). But it works perfectly when making flags.
