Inside The Promoxian Mountains. The Colony Will Consist Of Living Courters And A

 

Complete Necessities To Provide For NPI'S Citizens And Allied Nations. Along The

 

Promoxian Mountains In A Witheld Location There Will Be A Military Location Named

 

Stoneridge Consisting Of Numerous Defense "Devices" And "Weapons".

 

Contractors Are Saying That With Many "Hands" The Project Will Be Complete In A

 

Time 15+ Months And Will Cost Millions Of Dollars. We Will Conduct The Project

 

Very Descretly We Send Our Apologies To Any Neighboring Countries That May

 

Feel Disruptions, However All Has Been

 

Cleared By NPI'S Top Geologists And Ecologists. We Ask That All Nations Of Europa

 

Have Understanding And Support For This Is Just For The Safety Of Our Own

 

People Of An Attack Is Ever To Come On NPI Soil.

What would the purpose be of this bunker as you are not currently at war with any nations? Whilst we here in the Bureau of Validiare understand that this is for the safety of your own nation if anyone wish's to invade you, but it can also be used for offensive capabilities, and neighboring countries can be threatened if you are somehow taken over or decide to invade as your tunnels to provide a rather, disturbing offensive capability, even though it takes longer to build up. Well, on the other hand, Validaire will not help in any way in this project, and is completely opposed to this project as it is a financially unstable project, as well as pointless.

OOC: I am no moderator, but I think you should discuss just what you are doing in a OOC thread. Just to maintain a state of realism in this forum. Are you making a Iwo Jima style defense system? Maginot Line? Vietcong tunnel network? I can understand this.

 

Really, a "newer" nation like yours probably doesn't have the financial capability to do a project which your entire population will be housed underground. Even if you did, that does not seem feasible. You could RP this in the "pass/future times" thread.

 

So, how about you start a thread in the OOC to talk about it with moderators and other members. It would be make things better, trust me. Since you are new, I must ask...are you familiar with the concept of OOC and IC?

 

Also, please stop starting every word with a capital letter. It makes seem choppy when reading it.

OOC:Frankly, NPI Will Proceed With The Project There Is No Point And Stoppping A Good Idea I Don't Think It Would Be Good Public Relations For Me To Publically Announce That You Are Condeming A Project That A Meek Small Country Is Trying To Produce. The Project Will Go On And I Will Draw Out The Time So I Can Follow The RP Rules. However The Colony Is Based To Insure The Protection Of The Government And The Best Professionals Of NPI Incase Of Attack.

@Validarie I Have No Wish To Attack You At This Point However If I Do I'll Be Sure To Let You Know. Also It Is Not Very In Character Of Me To Say Hey Yeah I Will Be Um Making An Underground Bunker To Ensure The Doom Of All Enemies Of NPI.

 

BTW I will try to stop using capitol letters for each word it is very hard habbit to break but I will break it.

Mod comment: One, Stop the capitals; two, are you fimilar with IC and OOC?; and three, a bunker to house an entire people is so unrealistic it defies belief. Bunkers for a small percentage of the population is possible, but not the entire population. Even then they would take YEARS to build, outfit and have a limited suppy capacity.

IC-In Character is where you post what your country is actually doing. You say things what your government leaders would say and do things that your country would do. For example in the Stilistran conflict I want to help him out if Akiiryu invades, that would be fun. But my nation would be the type to withdraw support so that is what I do IC. OOC, I have nothing against you because you are just another guy trying to have some fun and exercise imagination. But maybe I will speak out against you IC and say bad things because I do not like your country.

 

OOC- Out Of Character, this is where you act and talk like the person you really are and what you say only plans what you are going to do IC, or maybe comment on IC events. But you can reveal things OOC that I would have to act like I didn't know IC. Right now, I would be talking to you OOC, I am talking to YOU. Not Damak Var is talking to the NPI. See what I mean?

 

For example IC I state "Damak Var is now doing a top secret nuclear weapons program."

 

you can comment OOC..."Oh man, that's not cool" but your country does not really know about the nuclear weapons program because that is IC and so you have to act like you do not know IC. But OOC you can talk about it all you want.

I never condemned your project IC, an example of that would be "The Grand Council of Damak Var disapproves of NPI's project. We have no choice but to curse three generations of the children of NPI!!!" IC, Damak Var has not even made any comments on it yet.

 

I just said OOC that you should start a discussion thread on it Here, where all discussion on RP's happen.
