He Spoke Today In The Golden Citizens Palace (GCP) About His Decision To Join Europa He Said He Saw Europa As The Top Nation And Choose It For Its Morals And Values. Many Different Regions Were Bidding For NPI's Company In Their Region However President Gregor Wallace Saw Europa As The Top Choice. He Had This To Say In The Press Conference:

 

"Hello NPI I Speak To You On Confirmation On My Choice And What We Are To Do Next. I See A Bright Rising Nation That Is Full Of Potential We Have Seized Our Nation We Will Make It Ours And Following Our Virtues. I Selected Europa For Their Defensive Forces And Would Give The Best Protection For Such A Young And Devout Nation. I Hope To Bring About New Technology And Services To NPI. Tommrow Congress Will Vote On The Who The Delegate To The Nations Of Europa Will Be. Numerous Potential Candidates Are In The Running At The Moment. I Appreciate All Of Your Cooperation And Trust In These New Times. May The Best Come To All Off You. Thank-You."

"Today, Marks A New Dawn In NPI History. In My Speech Today I Will Announce The Joint Cheif Of Staffs For The NPI Military And The Delegate To Europa. I Will Also Speak On How We Will Conduct Our Military Strategies And How We Will Increase Our Regional Power. We Have Become A Virtious Nation With Great Military Capabilities Due To Our Terrain We Have Both High And Low Points In Our Nation This Calls For The Strictist Commanders To Direct Decisions That The Nation Will Make. The Secretary Of Defense (Charles Badanbarge) And I Have Thought Very Long And Hard On The Decisions And Have Came Up With A 6 Party Direction Into The Military And Civil Defense. We Will Announce The Parties As So (NPI ARMY) (NPI NAVY) (NPI AIR-FORCE) (NPI AMPHIBIOUS ASSAULT) (NPI CIVIL GUARD) (NPI SPACE INITIATIVE). These Parties Will Be Directed By 6 Different Commanders Who Will Report To The Secretary Of Defense ,The Vice President ,And I. As Commander Of (NPI ARMY) I Choose For His Glorious Services In The Revolution "Vincent Prevos" Congradulations. I Choose As The Commander Of (NPI NAVY) For His Grand Participation In The Revolutionary Navy "James Kovic" Congradulations. I Choose As Commander Of (NPI AIR-FORCE) For His Brave And Couragious Experience In The Air "Reynard Burton" Congradulations. I Choose For (NPI AMPHIBIOUS ASSAULT) For His Extrodinary Service And For His Directed Squad's Capture Of Our Capitol City "Scar Stranson" Congradulations. I Choose As The COmmander Of The (NPI CIVIL GUARD) For His Valor In Protecting NPI Citizens During The Revolution "Steven Grandorie" Congradulations. I Choose For Commander Of (NPI SPACE INITIATIVE) For His Experience In Recent Space Explorations "Trent Freedmen" Congradulations. I Am Proud To Have Such A Experience Joint Cheif Of Staffs. And Now To Choose The Delegate To Europa To Serve As The Spokesperson To Europa From NPI I Choose For Her Quality In Protecting NPI'S Citizens "Lorise Peterson" Congradulations. Now I Speak On Our New Military Strategy The Secretary Of Defense Along With The Vice President Join Me In Believing That Building Underground Tunnels And A Underground Fortress Will Be The Best Way To Supply Our Nation's People With The Safest Protection Possible. If We Are Able To Go Underground In The Wake Of An Attack No Enemy Will Be Able To Stop Us. Along With The Help Of The NPI'S Top Geologists We Have Choosen The Promoxian Mountains To Start Building An Underground Safe Haven For All Who Choose To Join Us. We Will Also Set Up A Top Security Military Base There. Ladies And Gentlemen If We Are To Last In Such A Superb Region Founding Itself On Defending Others We Must Equip Ourselves With The Top Military Technologies I Have Asked Congress For The Ability To Supply The Nation's Military With The Finest Of Equipment.
