Ryan Taren Posted December 3, 2004 Share Posted December 3, 2004 Greetings!  My name is Ryan Taren, and I am the Foreign Affairs Minister for The Imperial Confederacy of Caribdos.  A pleasure to meet you all.  Our government is a Republic headed by an Emperor.
