Seems the Houston Police really likes to play up its Texas roots. Go here to find an article and video footage of a Houston Mounted Police unit tramplng janitors and their friends/family.

 

I guess when the taser isn't enough, it's horse-trampling for Houston's Finest!

Well, the article is very harsh. And if that really happened it's horrible.

 

BUT: There is nothing about that in the video. OK, the police there used horses to intimidate the protestors, but they didn't trample over them or hurt anyone.

 

This is different from the taser-case. In the taser-video the policemen were clearly abusing their power and torturing a person. Here, nothing like that happened. So, I can't say if the article is genuine or not.
